23rd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information

25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
