24th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I was working 3rd party with a lady that has purchased a property from Gower Dawes estate agent in chadwell-st-Mary. I cannot praise Jo enough, she went above and beyond, and I mean above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else to sell or purchase a property. We had a few problems along the way, but Jo was onto them non stop, along with the solicitors. I would like to thank you for being so persistent, yet reassuring all the way and helping me guide my sister-in-law through the whole process. The best people to deal with, whilst getting the reassurance you need at a time of stress and worry.

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)I come home to find my garden gate broken. They came onto my property without permission. Worked on the neighbours house upstairs setup scaffolding and took it down. The agent should have contacted me if they need access. Really frustrated as i come back home from work to find my property damaged. You cannot come onto my land or property without permission. Their phone lines closed so i now have to go through the night with entry points for thieves to access my property property

27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.

20th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)We recently sold our house with Wayne's help, and we were very happy with the service provided. ParaBar clearly have in-depth knowledge of the local market, and this led to our house selling quickly and for more than other agents had indicated. Wayne in particular was excellent - he was always friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. It was our first time selling and he carefully guided us through the process, even doing all he could to help us secure our onward purchase. Wayne was easy to contact when needed, but also gave us regular updates and advice throughout. Overall an excellent experience, and a much better one that we had anticipated. We'd easily recommend Wayne and ParaBar to anyone looking to buy or sell in Billericay.

13th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I got the viewing with this company with representative Hannah. Property in South Ockendon. During the viewing I confirmed that I will rent this property, it is fully satisfied us. On Monday at 15:00 LT Hannah called me and accept offer. I spoke to her that I need confirmation by e-mail and inform previous landlord the date of termination of contract and ask when is better for their landlord to move in. Simply remain small details which intake 30-40 minutes to negotiate. I terminate the contract with previous landlord because this letting agent confirmed me this property. Call Hannah after 30 minutes, about 15:30 , nobody replied in their office. Then he sent me the message that landlord choose another tenant. Absolutely not reliable and acting dishonestly, not fair, irresponsible including this landlord. Probably tenant need to additional information and at least get confirmation officially by e-mail? I don't recommend this company for further business. We are from Ukraine and we don't have such lawlessness like here. Absolutely negative and not reliable company. Waste my time and money for fuel.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

They went above and beyond—not only assisting with the sale itself, but also helping to secure short-term tenants and guiding me through a deed of variation. A special thank you must go to Millie, who worked tirelessly to see the sale through to completion. Her knowledge, professionalism, and clear, consistent communication were outstanding from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Noble again for any future property sale or rental, and I highly recommend their services. Nick

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.
14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.
8th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I bought my first home from Together Homes and I had a very pleasant experience. My point of contact was Vicky and she was lovely. Communication was great and made me feel very comfortable. I also had communication with George and Marianne too, they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend using their in house mortgage broker, James Sturch. The experience I had with James with second to none. Top guy, highly recommended! Great estate agents, 5 star service!
6th May 2026 (2 days ago)What stood out the most was Ms Bonita exceptional communication skills. She was always available to answer myself and my Wife’s questions. She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Bonita to anyone in need of real estate services!

Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings. Thank you so much for making what could have been a difficult process such a positive one.
30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
