30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We have finally completed what turned out to be a particularly challenging transaction, and I would like to thank Karl Genchi, Branch Manager at Bairstow Eves Romford, for his outstanding support throughout the process.<br><br>There were significant delays and difficulties on the seller’s solicitor’s side, and Karl’s personal involvement, persistence and excellent communication made a real difference. He was proactive throughout, followed matters up consistently and did everything he could to keep the transaction moving.<br><br>Thanks to Karl’s support and determination, we were ultimately able to reach a successful completion.<br><br>As someone who works in the property industry myself, I particularly appreciate an estate agent who remains actively involved and committed when a transaction becomes complicated.<br><br>Thank you, Karl, for going above and beyond.

Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication<br>I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.<br>When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.<br>Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.<br>However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.<br>I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.<br>I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.<br>Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.<br><br>When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.<br>Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.<br>This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!<br>She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.

Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

From the initial valuation, Tony showed an impressive knowledge of the local market and set a realistic, competitive price for our property. On our viewings we were kept updated after all viewings. Selling a house can be stressfull but the OC team made the whole process smooth, professional and relatively stress free. I do not think, words can describe how amazing the team were.<br><br>Throughout our home-buying process, Tom and Amelia were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development.<br><br>A big massive shout out to Tom, he took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. His personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found the perfect home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!<br><br>We were outbid as well, for our home. However, Tom worked his magic!<br><br>Gosh, we even managed to get a number of viewings before we exchanged contracts! This is was very reassuring for us.<br><br>I cannot thank enough how outstanding experience we had with Beresford, Harold Wood.<br><br>Highly recommend for first time buyers and even sellers.
