25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)My situation was challenging due to my losing my first buyer, and then the solicitors in the middle of the chain causing unnecessary delays. But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We have finally completed what turned out to be a particularly challenging transaction, and I would like to thank Karl Genchi, Branch Manager at Bairstow Eves Romford, for his outstanding support throughout the process.<br><br>There were significant delays and difficulties on the seller’s solicitor’s side, and Karl’s personal involvement, persistence and excellent communication made a real difference. He was proactive throughout, followed matters up consistently and did everything he could to keep the transaction moving.<br><br>Thanks to Karl’s support and determination, we were ultimately able to reach a successful completion.<br><br>As someone who works in the property industry myself, I particularly appreciate an estate agent who remains actively involved and committed when a transaction becomes complicated.<br><br>Thank you, Karl, for going above and beyond.

28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Being a first-time buyer can be overwhelming, and I certainly wasn't the easiest customer- I had a endless list of questions! However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication<br>I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.<br>When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.<br>Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.<br>However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.<br>I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.<br>I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.<br>Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.

11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)My experience with Easymove was good until I was given the wrong keys to my newly purchased property. Things got worse when Mirjaan tried to convince me that they were the right keys and asked me to find a way to get into the property without them which was very unprofessional thing to suggest. After two stressful days, he finally gave me the correct keys, but without any explanation of what had happened. Unfortunately, for this reason, I would not recommend Easymove to anyone.

23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Portico. The process was marked by poor communication, disorganisation and conflicting information from different members of staff. We were repeatedly given assurances that turned out not to be accurate, and important information was either missed or communicated far too late.<br><br>The situation ultimately fell apart shortly before our planned move, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of accountability or clear explanation from Portico throughout the process.<br><br>A year on, this still stands out as one of the most poorly handled experiences we've had with a letting agent. I would strongly recommend getting everything confirmed in writing and not relying on verbal assurances.

From the initial valuation, Tony showed an impressive knowledge of the local market and set a realistic, competitive price for our property. On our viewings we were kept updated after all viewings. Selling a house can be stressfull but the OC team made the whole process smooth, professional and relatively stress free. If you want an estate agent who works hard for their fee then look no further than OC Homes. Thanks to ALL you guys at OC Homes.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)If I could rate more then 5 star then I without doubt would rate higher as this estate agent was far the best I’ve dealt with for purchasing my property recently and specifically Harvey who has been the true gentleman who has shown so much effort in he’s role and always went the extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone who wish to use them and specially Harvey.
