Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. We had a lot of challenges which they helped with so kindly and professionally. We also needed to view the property on multiple occasions and it was never too much bother for them. 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication<br>I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.<br>When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.<br>Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.<br>However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.<br>I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.<br>I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.<br>Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.

Rhiannon, Jaina and Elliott went above and beyond to do what they could to make it all happen. We're living abroad which makes things harder, and Jaina even took on overseeing some work in the flat after completion to make sure everything we'd agreed with the seller went smoothly. Thanks team!

From the initial valuation, Tony showed an impressive knowledge of the local market and set a realistic, competitive price for our property. On our viewings we were kept updated after all viewings. He was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient throughout. He was also kind enough to arrange a separate in-person viewing to fit my schedule, which made a big difference! 100% recommend this agency!
