25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)We loved the photos of the property, really felt good that my brother and sis in law found this place. But then they moved in, met with disgusting state of the property, almost 10 hours of cleaning plus professional services, then more drama came from the real estate agent, and maybe a careless landlord. Our family have rented properties, since then we have bought and now we have properties of our own to rent out, never in my life I have met with this level of carefree management and horrible professionalism. I hope for the best and I wish you guys can improve yourselves, or quit and do something else you guys really care about. But working like this, is not the way.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We experienced ongoing issues with repairs not being addressed (a bathroom light remained broken for several months after a leak). We were also asked to conduct viewings ourselves before moving out, which we did not feel was our responsibility. On moving in, there were also cleanliness issues, including mould in the washing machine drawer and cupboards left full of cleaning products from previous occupancy. We later found these same items referenced when deductions from our deposit were discussed, which was frustrating. Overall, prospective tenants may wish to ensure maintenance expectations and check-in inventories are clearly documented before signing.

She was flexible with the first few viewings, always approachable and honest, and helped us solve problems as we approached completion. Thank you for such a positive outcome- we couldn’t be happier with our new home!

4th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Disappointed all round 2 viewings and had to keep asking for feedback. New photos taken as the originals had been filtered but they never added them and the video was on their Facebook page only not Rightmove.

Kerry, Dean and Olivia have been amazing from start to finish! As first time buyers with a fair few challenges (solicitors going into administration 3 weeks before completion)they were at the end of the phone for each and every breakdown I had along the way! I could write reasons all day why they have been so fantastic! customer support is second to none! nothing is too much trouble, they went above and beyond in every way possible! They deserve all the recognition in the world and we will be forever grateful! THANK YOU! ??

Thank you to Clair Paxman who knew just how to market the house to the best advantage. She was always friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. Claire and Arabella worked so hard to keep the process on track and moving along and were unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever I phoned with questions and concerns. F&C proved to be an excellent choice of estate agent. Thank you.

Highly recommended!- 28th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Im 62 yrs of age and never sold a house before (lived in same house since got married) so when my mum passed away I was left in a fortunate position where I had a house to sell. As I had no previous experience of selling, I asked my friend to accompany me with the valuation appointments. After 2 appointments which we both agreed undervalued the house and seemed only interested in a quick sale one very eager for me to sign there and then. So we decided to try Hunters Estate Agents Hillsborough Helen arrived and all of a sudden felt this meeting were different at last someone who treated this house with respect and compassion it deserved after all this was our family home for 57 yrs and held a lot of memories and Helen did just that treated it like a family home and not a commodity. Without even going to detail re charges knew we had already made our minds up ????. The charges were very very reasonable and she even sorted a solicitor out for us in our case used Taylor and Emmett who again cant fault on the price they charged and the first-class service we received from them. The marketing of the property was excellent from the brochure, photos and viewings think we got 18 views in first week and numerous offers. From middle April to 22nd September all now completed form start to finish excellent communication from Helen, Lauren and Emily nothing too much trouble all in all excellent service. Think for me to sum this up if you looking for an Estate Agent do not look any further than Hunters Hillsborough.

7th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Steve came and assessed our property and did not pester us for a decision to us Nestledin. When we signed up pictures were taken and posted on Rightmove almost immediately resulting in viewings and a quick sale.Communication has been great all through the process

After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers. Dave and his team turned out to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The property was on the market again for some considerable time, due to the unusual quirky property, Dave and his team stuck with it, he sometimes looked as fed up as we were, but it all worked out well in the end, thanks for sharing the slog, Dave and your merry band.

Made all the bookings for the viewings . The photos were very good, and my home was sold within a week. I would highly recommend Saxton Mee estate agents.
