14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.- 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Following listening to a conversation with friends about how much their property was worth I thought I would check the value of mine. I had no intention of selling it in the near future just curious. I rang several estate agents and, once I explained why I wanted to know the value they were not interested. W.H.Browns name popped up and so I called them. They were so pleasant and arranged for someone to come out at my convenience. The young man was very pleasant and polite and after doing all the relevent checks gave me a quote. He went out of his way to put me at ease as I live alone and even stayed a short while for a friendly chat. As I said I am not intending selling my property in the near future, however should my circumstances change I will most certainly use W.H.Brown as my Estate Agents.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Had a viewing for a house today with an agent called Harrison 10/10 would recommend them. very friendly and chatty, dropped some good jokes here and there and was very informative with the process of what we need to do. The agent who took my call when i was doing the application was also lovely and very polite. amazing service!!

Shadi, the estate agent who conducted our viewing, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. His professionalism and positive approach truly set him apart from any estate agent I’ve dealt with before. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Blundells.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)While 1 solicitor seemed to be dragging their feet over settling on a moving date, in a small chain of 3, Louise at Redbrik was super at contacting them and keeping us updated almost every day during the last 3 weeks or so of the process. Redbrik are so professional and we never felt ignored. So pleased with their performance.

The team have always been there to help and provide detailed information. They have provided reassurance through the process and been extremely helpful. Buying a house or selling a house is very stressful, especially when you’re a single person, Emily and Tammy were excellent and helped me through the smooth process. The entire team are very attentive throughout the entire process to keep things progress and were incredibly friendly.<br><br>Thank you in particular to Emily throughout the valuation and listing process - she was absolutely the reason I chose to list with Haybrooks.<br><br>And a very special thank you to Fynn who became the best point of contact throughout the viewing and then sale process. He always knew what was happening, went out of his way to get things moving when there were bottlenecks and was a genuine joy to work with throughout the entire process.

My situation was complicated, despite being a professional person earning a good salary, paying all my rent and bills on time, I found it so difficult to move on to the next chapter of my life, but Tariq listened, he understood and he cared. He made me feel better that life doesn’t always work out the way we planned but you can move forward with your life. If you’re honest with Tariq he will help you to find a way to move forward. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. 15th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He dealt with the eviction from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier than I expected.<br>He was always easy to get hold of, kept me updated throughout and was happy to answer any questions whenever I needed him. I never felt like I was chasing for updates or left wondering what was happening.<br>Mohammed was professional, friendly and really went the extra mile to get everything sorted. 21st May 2025 (1 year ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
