23rd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! Thank you so much Emily and team !!
21st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.

They made sure the process was as smooth as possible and kept me up to date on any issues and delays. I had quick responses to all of my questions and they really helped relieve any anxiety. As none of our family live in or near Sheffield his experience and knowledge were invaluable. We also really appreciated the friendly and professional way everything was handled - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)While 1 solicitor seemed to be dragging their feet over settling on a moving date, in a small chain of 3, Louise at Redbrik was super at contacting them and keeping us updated almost every day during the last 3 weeks or so of the process. Redbrik are so professional and we never felt ignored. So pleased with their performance.

My situation was complicated, despite being a professional person earning a good salary, paying all my rent and bills on time, I found it so difficult to move on to the next chapter of my life, but Tariq listened, he understood and he cared. He made me feel better that life doesn’t always work out the way we planned but you can move forward with your life. If you’re honest with Tariq he will help you to find a way to move forward. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Thank you to Daniel and the team for making the process so straightforward.

S17 area is indeed fortunate to have them on the doorstep - probably one of the best estate agents you will find in Sheffield. First rate and highly recommended. Simply excellent.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. A first-class service from start to hopefully the end of my purchase of my dream home - 10/10!
31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Very poor communication, and I regret paying for their service.<br><br>After taking my payment, I sent numerous emails simply asking whether it had been received, yet received no response. That level of communication is disappointing.<br><br>Following the survey report, I was particularly concerned about Japanese knotweed and bamboo. The report stated that there was “no evidence of such plants within the grounds of the property.” For peace of mind, I emailed several times asking them to confirm this, but again, I received no reply.<br><br>Then on completion day, I discovered bamboo shoots growing in my garden.<br><br>Whether they were missed during the inspection or not, the complete lack of communication after I raised my concerns was unacceptable.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to look elsewhere.

He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
