Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . 22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We currently use White and Jones as letting agents for our rental properties and used for selling a property. I also have few properties with a national company and there is no comparison in the level of service that White and Jones provide. All the staff go above and beyond to help and all services/ maintenance are dealt with by local people in a local office. Your call is always answered and your email responded too. Keep up the good work!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again.<br><br>Update in response:<br>As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you. Thanks ??????

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for us, particularly through some of the more challenging moments. An absolutely brilliant estate agent and an even better person. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
