Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
28th May 2025 (1 year ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We put our late father's property up for sale through John Francis back in April this year, and I must say that I was really impressed by the service that we received from the staff in the Lampeter branch from start to finish. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and nothing was too much bother for them; Kyle was particularly helpful. We were given clear options on how to best market the property, and received regular updates on how the property was performing against other similar properties in the area. John Francis managed all viewings and communicated these to us clearly, and promptly. The house was sold and completed within a very short time of being on the market. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past, but can honestly say, that in my opinion, John Francis is by far the best. Claire kept me updated throughout and relayed everything from the auction house and seller clearly and promptly, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br><br>She was always professional, approachable and extremely helpful. I really appreciated how well she kept everything moving and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening.<br><br>A massive thank you to Claire and the John Francis team — I’d have no hesitation recommending them!

13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)When telling your clients the package, tell them the whole package and don't give them disinformation. £999 was what we were verbally told until house was sold. Not for six months marketing. Shocking tactics, to then tell you that the marketing is buried deep in the terms and conditions. Shame on you, I hope you can sleep at night.
