Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication. He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated that he tried to support me as much as he could throughout the purchase. Thanks to his help and professionalism, we were able to complete the process successfully. I would definitely recommend Arikson to anyone buying a property.

I would recommend anyone looking to rent a property in the Wanstead area to look at their properties because of the great service.

Communication throughout the process was consistent with regular updates and guidance throughout the time they were marketing my property. Thank you Karen for being such an amazing support to me during what was a stressful time. We got there in the end!
15th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have used Hindhead to relet a small number of investment properties which for many years I had owned and managed myself. I have used them for more than a year now and everyone there is really pleasant to deal with. The advertising and viewings are done quickly which really helps minimise the time the properties are vacant. Their application process also gives you a really good insight into who will be living in your property and I value the peice of mind I have knowing everything is compliant. Really recommend them.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

3rd Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.
28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

After numerous flat viewings with different agents, it was very refreshing to interact with someone who really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Leon was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He followed up with me to make sure I got all the information I needed and helped clarify a couple of points with the owner. 12th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I attended the property managed by Foxtons whilst tenants were still living there, it was obviously not up to scratch and the sales agent Joey - Ray Poulastides assured me the place would be like new on the day I picked up the keys. The pictures attached to this review will show he is a liar.<br><br>I have since escalated the matter to his manager Jade Martin who has given the standard ‘we will respond within 15 working days’ and is nowhere to be seen. I have complained to the property manager Titia Wootton who said whatever the sales team said to me is none of her business and is fighting every step of the way to do the bare minimum.<br><br>The property was inspected by Foxtons prior to my arrival and picking up of the keys, based on the pictures I attach to this review, they basically checked if the place had burned down and that was it.<br><br>Titia Wootton is the property manager, she will use the fact that the building is 15 years old as an excuse to not carry out the proper checks and works. Please see the pictures and ask yourself, does this look like an issue that couldn’t be solved?<br><br>If you are thinking of becoming a tenant in a property managed by Foxtons Woolwich above all else keep in mind the customer service is abysmal. The team do not care about the tenants and will take every opportunity to remind you of this.<br><br>If you’re being shown around by Joey-Ray Poulsastides he will omit key information such as the gym included with the property is not free, and then proceed to overpromise and under-deliver.<br><br>Joey is managed by Jade Martin, she will be quick to take your money, and slow to react on anything else which is most likely how Joey has gotten away with swindling tenants so far.<br><br>In conclusion, this is the worst management company I have ever come across.

23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
