4th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Finding and renting a place in London can be a really gruelling experience with agents who don't really care that much, but Ellie was fantastic. Really great communication throughout the whole process, made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to adapt to changes in our schedules etc. Thank you so much!

What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!
1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Bola the director has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across from an estate agent. Passive aggressive and rude and also the adverts for 0 deposit aren’t true and they force you to take out a guarantor service even though you meet or exceed salary requirements for a place. Bola Needs a serious attitude check, he should be embarrassed about the way he’s running this business, extremely disappointed by management team

17th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

It ended up being a challenging transaction (for reasons beyond their control) and they did a great job of following up issues and pushing for the sale to complete in a timely manner. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His open, transparent and proactive approach made everything straightforward and seamless, which made a real difference. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
4th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

Completely terrible, dodges repairs, even phone calls, enable absentee landlords just to charge them such high fees repairs are never carried out. Knowingly renting out mould ridden and structurally unsound properties in Southwark.
