She was always there when we needed her, even outside normal working hours and she made the whole process feel so much less stressful and easier than we expected. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She is really passionate about about her job and ensuring that the seller and buyers are both updated throughout the journey . Without her help and dedication, we don’t think we would have been in a position to complete and own our first home. We are extremely grateful for everything she’s done, and it really feels like we’ve built a relationship that goes beyond just buying a house. Thank you so much, Loretta - you’re truly one of a kind.

Simone has been patient, kind and incredibly proactive from the outset. When my offer on the house was accepted, she stayed behind after work to give me the good news personally, which meant a great deal to me.<br>I am genuinely grateful for all the help, guidance and support she has provided.<br>In addition the other members of staff have always been helpful and responsive. Dump you as soon as they’ve had their money.<br>My mums last wishes could not be carried out because of the way her will was written . Advice from another solicitor said it was obvious what she intended but due to the way the will was written we wouldn’t get what mum wanted unless we contested her will but the costs of this was out of our reach.- 16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Great communication, efficient and friendly, would definitely recommend.
21st Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Helpful staff with good communication, fees slightly higher than competitors but quick sale- 13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

19th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Sent out viewing request via right move on Friday for a rental property, filled out there form via email on Saturday (67 questions from) called on Monday and was told to fill out form, re filled form again was told someone will look through the application and get back to me to arrange a viewing,.rang back Tuesday, get told same and says they have received my form and someone will arrange viewing for next week, Wednesday property let already, they even said to me they can't do viewings because they haven't got the keys and they are trying to get access to the property so viewing would be next week, total waste of time and effort, what's the point of saying we will hold viewings next week and make ppl fill out silly forms with 67 questions, and then let agreed and don't update ppl who made a full application. Waste of time and space, if they are like this with just a rental query I don't want to know whats.it like being a tenant, may be it's good that I didn't get to view may be dodged a bullet here. Family run business my backside, total waste of space and lies throughout. Stay clear. Oh they make you fill out housing application form with the pretence that if you like it they can process applications quickly, that's without even getting to see the house yet, so you could fill out long form and make application, but if your lucky to see the house you may not like it but they have all your details already as you made a full application, just to see the house. You give them time and effort and they don't give nothing back, not even a call.or email to say property off the market,. Stay away from them.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service.
