They were always approachable, professional and caring towards our barrage of questions! They made sure to get the best pictures of our house, and arrived well prepared with research of our area. Since this was the first time I was selling a house, I'm glad I went with Bridgfords. James and his team were outstanding.

It was a difficult time, but the professional and efficient staff at the Romiley office made the sale of the house so easy. From the moment I walked into the office, they were so helpful, they were always on hand for any questions and would reply to emails within minutes! 13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

Sarah O’Brien performed the valuation and I appreciated the information she had preprepared and advice she gave. Her approach was the deciding factor in why I chose A Wilson. I was lucky in that my sale was swift and straightforward and I found everyone in the office including Sarah Connolly extremely helpful and friendly. Every time I had need to call my query was dealt with and followed up, communication was brilliant and they kept the process moving. I found everyone very efficient and they did everything I needed very quickly. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and quick. I would recommend A Wilson to anyone selling their home and I am very happy with my decision to use them.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
