23rd Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)AVOID THEM. They will rob you blind of your deposit and withold legal documents they "swear they'll get tomorrow" to avoid giving you your dues. Like many others said they will make dizzying claims about needing professional cleaners. Especially when you hired your own out of pocket to avoid these things. They are rude, dismissive and will trick you into doing everything over the calls to avoid leaving evidence of responsibility before gaslighting you wildly. Mohammed told us to sit outside in the peak of winter overnight when the lock which the locksmith WE had to hire said was "a decade out of date". Took days of arguing to get them to pay us back. It was -5 and mohammed knew full well I was asthmatic. Disgusting business with no morals. Watch your backs, avoid this lot.

15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would advise extreme caution to anyone buying a property through Roger Dean Estate Agents. My experience revealed a deeply concerning lack of professional integrity and fair dealing. During my attempted purchase, the agency instituted a strict "Best and Final Offer" process. However, immediately after I submitted my final bid, the agent (Grace Lees) contacted me to solicit an additional £10,000. When I refused, the agent admitted in the same phone call that she had already been instructed by the vendor to accept my original offer if I declined the increase. I escalated this conduct to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Following a formal investigation, the Ombudsman’s written findings confirmed that these specific events and manipulative negotiation tactics occurred exactly as I described them. If you are a buyer dealing with this agency, be fully aware that their "deadlines" and "best and final" processes may be entirely manipulative tactics designed to extract more money from you under false pretenses. Proceed with caution.

From helping me list my house and conducting viewings to negotiating a sale over the asking price, Will was outstanding throughout. He also did a fantastic job progressing the sale and keeping everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Proffesional, proactive, and always communicative, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Highly recommended

13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. 24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I was a tenant under this managing agent at Elizabeth Tower in Deansgate.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience was a very disappointing one. We vacated the apartment over a month ago and our deposit still has not been returned. The whole process has been unnecessarily slow, with poor communication, unanswered calls and delayed responses, meaning we have had to chase repeatedly just to get an update.<br><br>The proposed deductions were also extremely frustrating. Some related to works that had not actually been carried out, including a cleaning charge despite new tenants having already moved into the property. There were also proposed charges for items left in the apartment, even though we had written confirmation that those items were to be left for the incoming tenants.<br><br>We were also falsely accused of causing damage. When I pointed this out and provided clear evidence, they simply removed it from their original deduction amount, which makes me question how the deductions were being calculated in the first place and whether anything was properly checked before charges were proposed.<br><br>On top of that, we helped source the new tenants ourselves, who already lived in the building. This saved the landlord and agent advertising time, marketing costs and avoided a potential void period. Even after going out of our way to do that, we have still been left chasing for updates and feel we have not been treated fairly.<br><br>The whole deposit process has been stressful, drawn out and poorly handled, and we are still waiting for our money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this managing agent.

The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>I was in a difficult situation waiting for my previous tenancy deposit to be returned, and they took the time to listen and speak with the landlord on my behalf. Thanks to their kindness and flexibility, they were able to accommodate my circumstances, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.<br><br>A special thank you to Casey and the team for their professionalism and support. They truly care about their tenants and go above and beyond to help.<br><br>I would highly recommend MCR Move to anyone looking for a reliable and understanding letting agency. Thank you again for everything—we can’t wait to move into The Moog!
