13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

We were always kept in the loop and they constantly kept in touch and pushed for the sale and the buying of our new house . Excellent service all round . I would always recommend them to anyone. .

From the initial contact with Katie Craddock, who was friendly and organised with the viewings – to Andrew Begg, a professional and personable valuer who had a real energy about our sale – to Tai Chapman with helpful consistent communication. I would recommend this team/branch to make your sale or purchase, calm and efficient.
13th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.- 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Gascoigne Halman was our chosen agent for handling the sale of our parent's house in Bramhall.<br>I dealt mainly with Dan the manager, and Hollie.<br>The whole process was so smooth.<br>They did accompanied viewings and kept me well informed with feedback and progression.<br>They are professional and kind, I would highly recommend them.<br>Many thanks to the sales team.

They managed to settle the insurance and deal with management firm to fix the interior issue while assisted to get another renters immediately after fixing everything.<br><br>Their communication and replies are promptly responsive.<br><br>Highly recommend!

Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole process so much smoother than we ever expected. Rita was always one step ahead — chasing things up, keeping us updated, and doing everything possible to make sure the sale went through. She’s honestly the most amazing person to deal with, and we can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. If you’re thinking about selling, we couldn’t recommend Rita and the team highly enough. She’s a true credit to the profession!
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)We had a great experience with the Charles Louis team. From start to finish we had a good feeling for the company and we weren’t disappointed. Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.
28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!
