6th May 2026 (2 days ago)I was recommended to use Taylor & Wood for selling my house. I met with Mike at the property, from the start I felt comfortable with him. No rushing, Mike took his time and the photos were amazing, so much so my house sold almost immediately. The ladies in the office Michelle, Liz and Anne are very helpful and all the team kept me updated throughout the sale process. If you want nice, friendly and professional people then look no further. A big thank you to you all xx

Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.
18th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)The team at Thomas Lardner made selling my dad's house after he passed away very easy with no problems whatsoever. It was a difficult time, but the professional and efficient staff at the Romiley office made the sale of the house so easy. From the moment I walked into the office, they were so helpful, they were always on hand for any questions and would reply to emails within minutes! If only all estate agents were like this. 10/10.

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. 11th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)All good until the tenancy ends. I never was a tenant to create problems or miss payments and always had a open conversation with landlords, agencies. When everything ended (not because of me but because of the landlord) half of the deposit was deducted. Raised a dispute and after almost 5 months since I moved out I got my money back minus a small fee but not almost 50% of the depoait as Gascoine and Halman claimed. Greedy is a nice term to describe them. Make sure you add everything in your entry report take pictures of every single hair dust as they will use everything to claim as much as they can from your deposit.

He helped to find contractors when required, which by the way have all been great, helpful and quick to get jobs sorted out just what you need with rented property. Well done Tom. ??????

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)They pushed me to sell a property within their estate agency when they were on A6,then they sold it for far far more than i got( ok,they have refurbished it) but it was an inside job.So make sure they don't do this to you.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)NEEDED TO RENT AN APARTMENT.FOUND ONE IN PADFIELD,VIDEO WAS FORGOTTEN,EXCUSE,WE ARE HUMAN. APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT. WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE. ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME. HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE? WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!! FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING. WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT) NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE. 10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE.
