Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

The team was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. They kept me fully informed throughout the process and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their knowledge of the local market was impressive, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and well-managed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent in Didsbury!

Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!- 24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I have had a very good experience with Reeds Rains so far. Kashaan provided wonderful help throughout the entire leasing process. He was supportive, responsive, and ensured everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Georgina has been absolutely brilliant throughout the full process of us buying our first home.<br><br>As well as being very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, she also works really efficiently and was communicative throughout the full house buying process.<br><br>We’re really grateful to her for keeping us in the loop regularly, for being patient with our questions, and for being persistent with chasing various parties as needed to keep things moving forward too!<br><br>Georgina and the Julian Wadden team have exceeded expectations when compared to other estate agents we have dealt with before.<br><br>We’ve already decided that when we next move, we’ll be choosing Julian Wadden as our estate agents!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>I was in a difficult situation waiting for my previous tenancy deposit to be returned, and they took the time to listen and speak with the landlord on my behalf. Thanks to their kindness and flexibility, they were able to accommodate my circumstances, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.<br><br>A special thank you to Casey and the team for their professionalism and support. They truly care about their tenants and go above and beyond to help.<br><br>I would highly recommend MCR Move to anyone looking for a reliable and understanding letting agency. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with..png)

18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Louis Was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous and knowledgable and never pushy. The viewings were conducted quickly and professionally, and while, through no fault of Jacob knight, the process was long and drawn out (mortgage issues), Louis was always available immediately when we needed him, either by phone or email. We had heard of agents for other companies being very good for the viewing process and then dropping off a cliff when it came to the nitty gritty of actually getting the process finalised. certainly not the case with Jacob knight, they were brilliant, can highly recommend.
