Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Her warmth, kindness, patience and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.<br><br>What particularly impressed me about Shari was her attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and rather than saying something couldn’t be done, her approach was always to find a way to make things work. That positive, caring and solutions-focused philosophy is something I believe truly sets the Jackson-Stops team at Alderley Edge apart from the rest.<br><br>Selling our family home was a significant milestone for us, especially as we prepare to relocate to Australia and begin a completely new chapter in our lives. 15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.<br>They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money<br>I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.<br>Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. Fortunately I'm a step ahead because I'm already in the business , made sure I had everything to fight with .

They are professional, responsive, trustworthy and always happy to help. Communication is excellent, and I have complete confidence in their ability to manage my property. A fantastic team and a real credit to the industry. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord!
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I sold my house in Northenden with Reeds Rains (Didsbury) this Summer. David did the initial viewing and valuation. He came prepared and with reassuring enthusiasm. The pricing strategy was realistic and with a great marketing package, generated the initial interest we were hoping for. We arranged days of multiple viewings (reducing the number of times I had to get the house ‘sale ready’) and sold the house quickly. After our first buyer pulled out, the team were so supportive and quickly began the process again. Within days we had more offers to choose from and sold above asking price. I’m so grateful to David, Anna and the team - thank you!

Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

They really knew the market and I could see great care taken in the communication with potential buyers. On my side, I could not rate Georgina at JW highly enough - she was on top of the whole process and offered great advice and support throughout, especially when things got a bit tense around timelines towards the end. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Reside helped with solicitor and mortgage advisor. Who were both easy and helpful to talk to. I Couldn’t recommend Jordana and the team highly enough would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for or selling a property.
