She went far beyond her remit to ensure the transaction crossed the finish line. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.
22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

We needed much guidance and Neil was brilliant with communicating everything with us and helping achieve the final sale. 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

They're always proactively selling your property to those on their records and professional with those that make contact directly. My wife and I would highly recommend using the Hazel Grove office which is structured to sell efficiently with a team working together through every stage of the process.

We were first time buyers and Jemma and the team went above and beyond to chase our exchange and completion to avoid us paying additional rental fees. They took the time to explain confusing legal jargon and ensured we felt supported at every step of the way. They have also offered us advice on dealing with a tricky rental situation whilst buying! 13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.
