Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Her warmth, kindness, patience and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.<br><br>What particularly impressed me about Shari was her attitude. 15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.<br>They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money<br>I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.<br>Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. Fortunately I'm a step ahead because I'm already in the business , made sure I had everything to fight with .

She is proactive and incredibly easy to work with, and we always felt that she was genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for us. Her advice always turned out to be sound.<br><br>She kept communication flowing, stayed on top of the chain, chased things when needed and consistently went above and beyond. Emma's hard work and determination made a real difference to our sale, and she managed the whole process with a lovely combination of professionalism, calm and good humour.<br><br>We are so grateful for everything she has done and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

The lettings process was smooth from start to finish and they found solid tenants without any hassle. Feels like they’re looking after the property properly, which gives me peace of mind.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Staff at Main and Main, in particular Kimberley Critchley, the Lettings Director, were outstanding in their level of knowledge, assistance and communication regarding the letting of my properties. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very happy to leave them to let my properties over a number of years. I would certainly be happy to recommend them to anyone.<br>They have also been extremely helpful in the recent sale of a property for me and, again, I would certainly recommend them.

Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

We had originally gone with another agent despite Richard and his team giving us a competitive quote. The service we received with them was average and decided to go back to GH and so glad we did. Thanks for being ace Alderley Edge team. ????????????- 7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)James and the team at Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow did an outstanding job selling our home. It was a unique property at a high price point, so finding the right buyer and understanding what made the house special was really important. They got it right, achieving the full asking price in a really good timeframe (it sold within 2 weeks and completed 8weeks later) and we’re absolutely delighted with the result.<br><br>A special mention to James, who managed the sale and was a huge support throughout. Selling a home you’ve put so much into is a big deal and we’re very grateful to him and the team for helping us move on to our next chapter. Communication between buyer / seller and agent to iron out any problems was second to none.<br><br>I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling in Wilmslow. A brilliant sale and best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Jordan Fishwick, specifically Theo. We viewed a house and made an offer which was accepted after negotiations. We rushed the process with solicitors and others to complete the sale as per the Vendors wishes. However, a week later we received a call to inform us the vendors have accepted a new offer.<br><br>Theo failed to remove the property from the market even though we had provided all the documents, solicitors and mortgage details. We believe it was deliberately left on the market to continue attracting buyers even though we’d had our offer accepted. This situation could have been avoided.<br><br>Absolutely awful service! We’ve been left out of pocket due to the incompetence of Theo.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
