21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

From the initial phone call to completion her communication was excellent always making sure we were fully informed and updated! She managed to squeeze us in for a viewing after quite an unplanned phone call and we fell in love with the house. Emma was friendly, knowledgeable and the whole process with Meller Braggins was faultless. Thanks again Oliver and Aurora !

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Put my house on the market back in January with Edward Mellor (Hazel Grove) Chris came out to value our property and put it on the market, and Emma who helped market our property was both amazing. They sold our property on opening day for the full asking price. Zoe and Sue mortgage advisors was also 5*s , with there help and advice: But I would just like to say how disappointed we was we the after sale department after this. I got a call afew weeks later from a lady called Natalie Jenkins who said I’m your sale coordinator, and I will be looking after you through to completion. Well I just want to say how shocking the service was I received. I would call and she would never answer, it like she’d diverted my number, I would leave endless messages for her and she never returned my calls.(even the agent I was buying off struggled to reach her) Literally think I spoke with her twice in 6 months. I learnt more from my sale agent then I did from Edward Mellor.<br>Then the day we completed she was on the phone asking at what time the keys would be dropped in by! Just think certain problem shouldn’t be in certain roles if they can’t fulfill them.

We were first time buyers and Jemma and the team went above and beyond to chase our exchange and completion to avoid us paying additional rental fees. They took the time to explain confusing legal jargon and ensured we felt supported at every step of the way. They have also offered us advice on dealing with a tricky rental situation whilst buying! They also made arranging surveys a breeze. Thank you so much!- 13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.
