13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

21st May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Emma James did in one week what it took the other estate agent we were with prior to her 12 months and failed to do. She sold our house within a week on first viewing. The difference with her is she’s honest in her appraisals, she’s professional in every aspect, she knows the market, communicates constantly, keeping you completely up to date with relevant information, she clearly cares passionately about delivering an outstanding customer experience. 11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Absolutely awful at getting back to you about any problems. Found out our fire alarms were 9 years out of date and very dangerous. Wooden door to our dishwasher fell on my foot and only got fixed the week after we moved out the flat. My housemate didn’t have a working radiator in the winter and had to sleep with 3 blankets. Didn’t have a working washing machine for months. Constant leak in the sink. We will be reporting these guys to the council DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.
