They made what is usually an incredibly stressful time feel like a breeze. Having such a poor experience with a corporate estate agency last year in which the sale ultimately fell through, we can honestly say those 2 experiences were like night and day. Maurice kept us up to date with the process, always got back to us, and gave sound advice from start to finish. If you’re looking to buy or sell your property, we couldn’t recommend Maurice Kilbride Residential Sales and Lettings enough. You’ll honestly be in the safest of hands!

Super quick at getting it listed and efficient with organising viewings so we couldn’t really ask for more!- 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Emma booth, Andrea O'Brien and the team have been excellent so far and sold our home in a few weeks. They're always proactively selling your property to those on their records and professional with those that make contact directly. My wife and I would highly recommend using the Hazel Grove office which is structured to sell efficiently with a team working together through every stage of the process.

15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.
19th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)We dealt with Darren for the purchase of our new property and the sale of our house. Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys
