27th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very poor communication - no feedback received after viewings, and contact reduced to less than once a month very quickly. Property not sold, taken off the market.

Any time there were delays, Dinesh & the team helped pushed the sale through. 6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time). We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.

24th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID: A Nightmare Letting Experience Focused on Scams This agency is, without question, the worst I have ever dealt with and should be avoided by any tenant who values their rights and their deposit. For two years, we tolerated poor service, including numerous unresolved maintenance issues. The real problems began when they attempted a massive rent hike, only to backtrack when we chose to leave—a clear failed attempt to squeeze extra money from long-term tenants. During our exit, they demonstrated a complete disregard for us, pushing for aggressive, last-minute viewings, including on weekends. When we left the property four days early to accommodate their viewing schedule, they repaid our good faith by charging us for those four days and offering zero thanks. The true nightmare, however, was the deposit return process, which took a full, miserable month. They relentlessly and fraudulently tried to find excuses to retain funds. They completely ignored the official check-out report stating the property suffered only fair wear and tear. They repeatedly changed their story on which room was damaged and, most outrageously, tried to charge us for a full repaint that they had already promised prospective new tenants would be covered by the landlord. This appalling conduct resulted in an unjust deduction of £300. Be warned: this agency will always prioritize the landlord, and they will absolutely attempt to scam you out of your deposit with false claims and continuous deceit. Save yourself the stress and find another company.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
