I suspect there a number of fake/biased positive reviews due to unprofessional behaviour.<br><br>Based on our experience with Anthony, I would advise prospective buyers to approach this estate agent with caution.<br><br>The process lacked transparency, and the explanations provided throughout left us with little confidence that matters were being handled in a fair and professional manner.<br><br>We recently made an initial offer on a property, which the estate agent described as “up there”. We understood this to mean it was among the highest offers at that stage. Although we subsequently increased our offer — ultimately making it the highest — the seller later indicated that we were not “committed” enough to the sale, citing our initial lower offer as the reason.<br><br>We had provided all requested information promptly, were in a very strong position (chain-free with a substantial deposit ready), and believed we had demonstrated clear commitment by increasing our offer. This experience left us feeling both puzzled and unfairly treated. It is disappointing when a higher offer is ultimately rejected based on subjective interpretations of an earlier bid, particularly when there is limited transparency regarding how decisions are being made.<br><br>The language used by the estate agents throughout the process often felt vague and slippery, leaving significant room for interpretation. Terms such as “up there” created expectations that later appeared inconsistent with the outcome, contributing to a sense that clear and straightforward communication was lacking.<br><br>When I later questioned how another offer had been accepted so quickly and how the process had moved forward without our knowledge, I raised concerns that there may have been preferential treatment towards another party. This was met with an extremely aggressive response. Anthony repeatedly jabbed and banged his finger on the table while raising his voice in what felt like an embarrassing attempt to intimidate me. Equally concerning was the fact that the other agents present simply sat back and watched without intervening or attempting to de-escalate the situation. Their lack of action suggested that such behaviour was either tolerated or considered acceptable within the office, which raises serious concerns about the standards of professionalism maintained by this agency.<br><br>Overall, this was not a pleasant experience and has left us with significant concerns regarding the fairness, transparency, and professionalism of the process. The combination of unclear communication, questionable decision-making, and the embarrasing attempt to intimidate by Anthony has severely undermined our trust in this estate agent and their handling of the sale.

Our home was treated with total respect and getting our sale over the line was something they paid full attention to. Richard was great in setting it all up, and Jordan, Sonya and the rest of the staff there, including Saturday lady Kate all played big parts. All managed so well by Matthew in the office, who knew how to manage my nerves! Highly recommended.

From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, organised, approachable and reassuring.<br><br>Moving home can be a very stressful experience & ours was no exception, but Rebecca made the whole process feel so much easier. She kept me informed, answered all my questions patiently and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her.<br><br>What really stood out was how caring and understanding Rebecca was. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled as smoothly as possible, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br><br>Rebecca is a credit to the company, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to anyone going through a move. 8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We recently moved to our new home and had such a positive experience with Trend & Thomas throughout both the selling and purchasing process.<br>What really stood out for us was how supportive and approachable the team were from start to finish. They were always easy to reach, quick to respond and happy to help whenever we had questions. They acted as a great bridge between everyone involved and did everything they could to make the whole process easier and less stressful.<br>Being a local estate agent also makes a real difference. They know the area very well and have a great local network, which has been helpful not only during the sale but even after we moved in. They are still supporting us when we need recommendations for local tradespeople or help with the new house.<br>Everyone has been lovely, positive and professional, but also realistic and honest with their advice. We really felt that we could trust their opinion.<br>They are honestly the best estate agent we have worked with so far throughout our selling and purchasing journey. We really appreciate all their help and support and would happily recommend them.<br>A big thank you to Neil and the whole team!

Miss Esther Macedru in particular, resolved issues quickly and ensured a speedy return of the deposit. The landlord was also great to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.<br><br>In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.<br><br>I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We vacated the property in Feltham in January 2025\. At the time of leaving, the agency visited the property, took photographs and collected the keys from us\. Since then, we have made numerous phone calls and sent several text messages regarding the return of our tenancy deposit, but we have still not received it or a proper response from the agency\.<br><br>It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor communication and a lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to contact them\. It has been a considerable amount of time, and we are still left chasing our own money\.<br><br>I hope the agency takes this matter seriously, responds to our concerns and resolves the outstanding deposit issue as soon as possible\. Based on our experience, the lack of communication and follow\-up has been very frustrating\.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Overall I'm very pleased with the service Andrews provided. They were helpful and patient during a drawn out sale process, which included a tricky probate process. As a first time seller (dealing with my late father's estate), they were helpful. I didn't feel patronised at the outset, and they mostly avoided sales cliches or overinflating costs.<br><br>The initial point of contact (Ben) generally stayed as my main point of contact, which I appreciated - I didn't feel like I was immediately passed off to a junior member of staff.<br><br>They were prompt in getting things done and in their communications, and didn't make errors in the technical or administrative bits. The only times they irritated me was in frequently chasing me for updates when I didn't have any (and told them that I would update them by email when I did!). But I suppose it's better for them to be proactive and engaged than inactive!
