Good communication all the way through and explained each step of the process clearly. Thoroughly recommend if you're after a personal touch for selling/buying from someone who knows what they're doing and will keep in touch with you throughout.

Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.<br><br>Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Even though they are based in Eastleigh, they did an outstanding job selling my property in Chandler's Ford—an area traditionally dominated by local Chandler's Ford agents.<br><br>Connells approached me and persuaded me to sell with them after I had a bad experience and took the flat off the market. I’m so glad they did! Thanks to Hobbie, who valued the flat at the right price, making it possible to move on to my next property.<br><br>The entire team was incredible throughout: Oli brought great charisma and efficiency to the sales side, working alongside Fin; they sold my flat within just a few days of it going on the market, and Chloe provided excellent support on the mortgage side—she is ever so efficient. Their attention to the client and level of care were truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and highly recommend them!

5th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I’ve had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons over the past year, and I want to give particular recognition to Isaac, their mortgage services consultant, who has been genuinely outstanding throughout the entire process. From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They are very prepared and very knowledgable on the properties they are marketing (Viv, who is excellent). Also they really do know their market and local area. Have a lot of confidence that Hellards will find the house of our dreams!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
