Good communication all the way through and explained each step of the process clearly. Dan was quick to chase up others in the chain and ensure he always knew what the latest information was to keep us in the loop. Thoroughly recommend if you're after a personal touch for selling/buying from someone who knows what they're doing and will keep in touch with you throughout.

The whole let’s rent team was consistently accessible via phone and email, and were always helpful even when I had millions of questions! Bonus points for the welcome package with coffee and tea we got when we moved in :)

From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. Richard and his team were fantastic from start to finish, and Richard was crucial in pushing to get everything over the line in time. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop - 100% would recommend and if I ever decide to go through the buying/selling process again, I’ll be back!

Helen was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in arranging the valuation, photos and listing. Nick battled to ensure that I got the best possible price whilst keeping a realistic approach and guiding me through the process. Lucy was tirelessly upbeat in her guidance and understanding as liaison between myself and the sellers to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.<br><br>It's not only worth using Manns and Manns for the team involved, but also for their network of recommendations for contractors to deal with the myriad of issues, needs and requirements for selling a home. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Michael, Richard and Sue were all so supportive throughout our sale, which had some tricky moments, but they kept us updated throughout and genuinely care about their clients. They provide a very family-approach to buying/selling your house which feels very unique.

20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.
