They guided me through every step of the property process with patience, knowledge, and clear communication, making the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The staff were highly knowledgeable and responsive, always ready to answer questions and provide helpful guidance. Whether it was property viewings, valuations, or assistance with paperwork, everything was handled with efficiency, care, and professionalism. What really stood out was their dedication to customer satisfaction. The team provided personal attention, genuine support, and ensured I felt confident and informed throughout the process. It was certainly stressful at times due to issues at the start of the chain which were beyond our control. Daniel & Hulme kept us updated, supported us and always had time to discuss any queries. A big shout out to Alison for all your time and patience. In conclusion, we cannot thank you all enough.

Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

10th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Very professional team always going the extra mile. The office team in particular Blair was always polite friendly and helpful . Martin’s advice, professional attitude gave me great confidence in finding the perfect buyer for my property. Martin is a credit to his profession and Rory Mac. Fantastic guy! (Keith )

Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. 24th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!

26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)The communication was absolutely terrible. They were good at the valuation and slowly things started to go downhill after that. They rarely responded to my emails, even when I wrote my concerns in them and often said they'd call me back, but didnt. They didnt even ask me if I wanted to do the viewings myself or not, it was just expected of me. I told them I did not want any boards put up on the property but someone still came to put one up. They got some things wrong in the listing they put up and didnt even check with me beforehand to see if it was accurate.
