Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.

In a challenging conveyancy progress, she took the lead and used her initiative to do things to get our sale over the line that other estate agents in the chain were not prepared to do. It was needed to get things over the line and she wasn’t going to sit back and watch it crumble. I was incredibly grateful.<br><br>It was very reassuring to know someone was fighting out corner when we were faced with a very real reality of our purchase falling through.<br><br>I write this, sat in my new garden, in what is now my new happy place, feeling thankful she was on our side.<br><br>Thank you!

From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

26th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We have purchased two properties through this estate agent (with one purchase still ongoing) and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing!<br>Communication within the office staff has been very poor, and it often felt like staff were not communicating with each other. When our solicitors experienced delays, we were repeatedly threatened that the properties ( both of them) would be put back on the market, despite this never actually happening! This created unnecessary stress during an already demanding process.<br><br>In addition, both surveying companies we used commented on the difficulties they had communicating with this estate agent, which suggests our experience was not an isolated one.<br><br>While we appreciate that an estate agent acts on behalf of the seller, we felt there was very little effort to facilitate the process for the buyer or keep everyone informed. Overall, the lack of communication and the way issues were handled made what should have been an exciting experience far more frustrating than it needed to be.

She was always quick to respond to emails, kept me updated, and was incredibly helpful whenever I had any questions.<br><br>What really stood out was how kind and approachable she was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to help things run smoothly.<br><br>A genuine pleasure to deal with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Becky to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable estate agent.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. 24th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!

From the valuation up to finding a buyer the whole team were professional, informative and very friendly. Within a week they managed to arrange few viewings and including one potential buyer.
