Heather is both professional and friendly, always responding promptly and keeping me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Heather and the team in Uttoxeter.
17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale. Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well . All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable . Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property . This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time. Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange . Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed. In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .

From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.

Sara at Haywood's estate agents talked everything through, and kept us updated every step of the way. She was cheery, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. It was certainly stressful at times due to issues at the start of the chain which were beyond our control. Daniel & Hulme kept us updated, supported us and always had time to discuss any queries. A big shout out to Alison for all your time and patience. In conclusion, we cannot thank you all enough.

13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.Whittaker & Biggs - Biddulph

Paris was excellent, always very communicative and efficient and really lovely manner, She was always very happy to help. The other members of staff were equally helpful and very friendly. 1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Well what can I say back in December I honestly couldn't believe my luck when I found the home right for me. Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. Thanks again all and I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks to collect my keys. Thank you for helping my impossible become my impossible
21st Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)We had previously listed with a high street agent and received little feedback or proactivity, so moving to Addison Mead was the best decision we made. Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)The communication was absolutely terrible. They were good at the valuation and slowly things started to go downhill after that. They rarely responded to my emails, even when I wrote my concerns in them and often said they'd call me back, but didnt. They didnt even ask me if I wanted to do the viewings myself or not, it was just expected of me. I told them I did not want any boards put up on the property but someone still came to put one up. They got some things wrong in the listing they put up and didnt even check with me beforehand to see if it was accurate.
