17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)a problematic agency... You pay the deposit and then they make you call somewhere else to unlock the deposit. You call there, 3-4 times and when you get close to the end of the call they pretend to lose contact. and so on. Finally, when you manage to finish the conversation, they tell you that they will send you an email for confirmation, an email that no longer comes. The email comes, but from the agency where you rented the house, telling you that you have to call to confirm your identity. And you call DPS again and so on. Shitty agency!

Sara at Haywood's estate agents talked everything through, and kept us updated every step of the way. She was cheery, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. 31st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)What can I say the staff at Your Move Tunstall are just amazing, they fought our corner all the way through our house sale which took a considerable time due to a management company dragging their feet for several months! Your Move chased regularly and also kept us informed of updates all the way through. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and already have. Keep up the good work guys!

They guided me through every step of the property process with patience, knowledge, and clear communication, making the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The staff were highly knowledgeable and responsive, always ready to answer questions and provide helpful guidance. Whether it was property viewings, valuations, or assistance with paperwork, everything was handled with efficiency, care, and professionalism. What really stood out was their dedication to customer satisfaction. The team provided personal attention, genuine support, and ensured I felt confident and informed throughout the process. 13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
7th May 2026 (2 days ago)Ally and the team at Northwood in Sandbach have been excellent. They allow multiple visits to the property of interest. Ally is very informative about the properties that are being sold. Rob has also been most helpful during negotiations. They keep you informed of progress at all times which is reassuring, even setting up a WhatsApp group so that you can ask questions and keep up to date with the progress of your purchase.

26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)The communication was absolutely terrible. They were good at the valuation and slowly things started to go downhill after that. They rarely responded to my emails, even when I wrote my concerns in them and often said they'd call me back, but didnt. They didnt even ask me if I wanted to do the viewings myself or not, it was just expected of me. I told them I did not want any boards put up on the property but someone still came to put one up. They got some things wrong in the listing they put up and didnt even check with me beforehand to see if it was accurate.

We have used several different estate agents over the years, Wheatcroft & Lloyd are by far the best. They are so friendly, helpful & will go above & beyond without you even asking. Superb customer service which is a rarity these days. Our purchasers, who came for a 2nd viewing, mentioned how impressed they were with Wheatcroft & Lloyd & how they are so much better than their own agents. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
