As we have been 200miles remote from our property let it has been very reassuring to know that someone local is keeping in good touch with our tenants, and helping us quickly find reliable workers to manage the maintenance issues that come up from time-to-time. Communication with them has been excellent and they could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Cannot thank Paula and Matt enough for their professionalism. They restored our faith in the process of selling and Paula went above and beyond when handling our sale. From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Very dissapointed with Leaders Estate<br>agents in Crewe.<br>Viewed a property, made an offer. Offer was accepted then I was informed I had to pay a £96.00. Fee for a credit check on myself<br>(Not told about this until the offer was accepted so much for no hidden extras.)<br>Had a phone call today to say the vendor had pulled out of the sale, I feel I have been ripped off as they will not refund the fee I have paid, has anyone else had a similar experience. I am considering taking this through the small claims court so any other thoughts would be appreciated

All checks were completed smoothly, and the tenant moved in without any issues. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept fully updated at every stage. I’ll definitely be using them again, with a special thank you to Eden for the exceptional support

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Their fees are more than competitive in the current market. Josh has been a breath of fresh air to deal with.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Thanks again!
24th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

My rental application was not a straight forward one, and the overall application was unorthodox from my end.<br>Wards worked with me to help me to get my referencing checks sorted, even speaking to them on my behalf.<br>They then also spoke to the landlord directly and I get the keys to the property later this month.<br>All staff have been polite and more than willing to answer any questions.<br>A special shoutout to Caroline who has gone above and beyond to show me the property, answer any questions and deal with any queries or hold ups on my behalf to make this process a smooth and as stress free as possible.<br>The best letting agents I’ve dealt with and I would definitely recommend them ??????

From start to finish, the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special thank you to Amir and Charlotte, who truly went above and beyond. We experienced several issues with our solicitors, which made the sale far more stressful than it needed to be. Amir and Charlotte were always on hand to chase things up, keep us informed, and offer reassurance whenever we needed it. Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to step in and help made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward.<br><br>Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.
