Your Move chased regularly and also kept us informed of updates all the way through. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and already have. Keep up the good work guys!

They guided me through every step of the property process with patience, knowledge, and clear communication, making the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The staff were highly knowledgeable and responsive, always ready to answer questions and provide helpful guidance. Whether it was property viewings, valuations, or assistance with paperwork, everything was handled with efficiency, care, and professionalism. What really stood out was their dedication to customer satisfaction. The team provided personal attention, genuine support, and ensured I felt confident and informed throughout the process. Buying, selling, or renting a property can often feel overwhelming, but Reeds Rains, Hanley made it seamless and straightforward.

13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Very professional team always going the extra mile. The office team in particular Blair was always polite friendly and helpful . Martin’s advice, professional attitude gave me great confidence in finding the perfect buyer for my property. Martin is a credit to his profession and Rory Mac. Fantastic guy! (Keith )

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!

26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)The communication was absolutely terrible. They were good at the valuation and slowly things started to go downhill after that. They rarely responded to my emails, even when I wrote my concerns in them and often said they'd call me back, but didnt. They didnt even ask me if I wanted to do the viewings myself or not, it was just expected of me. I told them I did not want any boards put up on the property but someone still came to put one up. They got some things wrong in the listing they put up and didnt even check with me beforehand to see if it was accurate.

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Selling my home with New Adventure Homes was beyond smoother than I expected and Amir and Charlotte were fantastic to deal with from day 1. They were quick to come out and value, get it on the market and to get in touch with any questions, viewings, feedback etc. Communication never dropped off - like I’ve had in the past with other agents. I was in the loop the entire time and you could see they genuinely cared about the service that you recieved from them. I have recommended them to friends and family already and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!
