Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.

In a challenging conveyancy progress, she took the lead and used her initiative to do things to get our sale over the line that other estate agents in the chain were not prepared to do. It was needed to get things over the line and she wasn’t going to sit back and watch it crumble. I was incredibly grateful.<br><br>It was very reassuring to know someone was fighting out corner when we were faced with a very real reality of our purchase falling through.<br><br>I write this, sat in my new garden, in what is now my new happy place, feeling thankful she was on our side.<br><br>Thank you!

From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>I was in a difficult situation waiting for my previous tenancy deposit to be returned, and they took the time to listen and speak with the landlord on my behalf. 30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
