Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

Lee came out to do the valuation, he was very knowleageable about the property and the area, he gave us excellent advice and we felt confident that Priory could get us the sale. They also did the viewings for us which we appreciated.<br>We soon got a buyer then we dealt with Rachel, she negotiated a excellent price for the property, she was very efficient during the sale and always available to answer any queries and advise us. She took all the stress from us. Tania was always very helpful when I phoned the office. Excellent Team highly reccomend them.

From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. Very professional showing, explained each property well and had great ideas on any adjustments we might want to fit our lifestyle. She was prompt, communicative and very accommodating. All properties were clean and laid out well, photos matching physical show. Georgie also took the time to check in throughout our progress of buying, remembering details and ensuring we had up to date information. It really meant a lot to us how empathetic she was when our original sale fell through. Would definitely recommend northwood and would be happy to have Georgie Fletcher show again.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They were able to guide us through the inevitable hiccups surrounding house buying as best they could and you always felt that they were doing their best for you. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
