13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

Phone calls and emails were taken or replied to within 24 hours and we were kept up to date throughout.<br><br>Rachel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and as a result we had a very quick completion ??????<br><br>Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
