6th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth at BM - sadly I wasn't successful in buying a property through them - however, Elizabeth was a very lovely and professional estate agent. She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)The Marsh and Parsons team led by Phil Coombes at the Barnes office can be recommended without hesitation based on my family's experience. The results speak for themselves with a very successful sale achieved in a matter of weeks without any hitches. The excellent outcome was the result of Marsh and Parsons understanding the unique character of the house and identifying a bespoke sales strategy which was rolled out according to plan with great energy and enthusiasm. Phil Coombes took the time to develop a rapport and working relationship with us as his clients and his shared understanding and appreciation of the house was much appreciated. Communications were good in keeping us informed at each stage. Phil Coombes leads an excellent team who were all involved but a special thanks must be given to Alistair Husbands who negotiated the sale.
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)If all estate agents had the high bar of professionalism like Emma Mackie, selling and buying would be exciting and stress free. I had left London after living in the wonderful city for 5 decades and moved to West Sussex. Having lived in this part of the world for just over two years, I realised that it was a mistake. I decided to put my property for sale with a local agent and move back to London. Which meant I was going to London regularly to view properties. I had heard of Horton & Garton and and started looking at their properties for sale on their website. I knew instinctively that I would find the perfect home through them but specially once I had met Emma - we just connected and she emitted a very professional aura and yet weaved into it was warmth, knowledge, and someone who knew her field inside out. I had a viewing arranged but the person who was going to take me to see the property was out of the office (I had arrived early) and it was a blustery wet grey day and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Emma with such warmth and made so welcome.<br><br>Unfortunately as my property has not sold I have decided to stay put - but one thing I knew from the very first moment that I met Emma that,she would be the one to find me the right property for me.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)?I currently rent with Foxtons, and the customer support is appalling. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.
