Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

All of my viewings — around eight in total — were handled by Georgina Magnani, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, organised and professional.<br><br>Buying a property can be a very stressful experience, but Georgina was always friendly, approachable and reassuring. As a first-time buyer, I particularly appreciated how understanding she was and the extra guidance and reassurance she provided throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Georgina and Horton and Garton.

21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)When you sell a beautiful family home that you have loved for 20 years you need to find an estate agent you can trust.<br>We chose Winkworths partly because they have a huge client base which would allow them to steer the correct buyers in our direction.<br>This is exactly what happened and our house sold above our expected sale price without even going on the market.<br>They were attuned to our needs and concerns, utterly dependable and professional throughout the whole process.<br>Thank you Cameron and Donovan.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Even though she was acting for the sellers, she was always fair, honest and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>She was brilliant at keeping everyone updated, chasing things when they needed chasing, and helping with communication between both sets of conveyancers. She also kept in touch with the sellers, which really helped move things along when there were delays.<br><br>Buying a house can be really stressful, but Sam made the whole process much easier. She always replied quickly, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. We really appreciated everything she did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Village Properties.<br><br>The wonderful gift left for us was also hugely appreciated, it was especially enjoyed in the evening after moving on one of the hottest days of the year!!

Elle Osborne and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We had originally signed a lease via Douglas & Gordon which was transferred to Foxtons, and the service was genuinely abominable. While we were not a direct client, we wouldn’t touch Foxtons with a 10 foot pole for any buying/renting needs due to our end of tenancy experience.<br><br>1. Tried to claim that they only had to provide a few hours notice to us for viewings when our contract stated 24 hours (as does the law)<br>2. Would schedule viewings and not inform us when they were cancelled unless we reached out to confirm. Additionally, would organize viewings and then cancel after the scheduled time when we had already vacated the flat for the viewing<br>3. Showed up 20 min early for a viewing when we were eating dinner and also showed up late for viewings (which is understandable with prospective clients but at least let the tenant know)<br>4. Hadn’t heard from Foxtons in almost a week (while keeping the flat ready for showings), so sent an email asking what the state of affairs was. This was not answered so went into the office and was told the flat had been let and was not notified<br>5. After check out, was supposed to be notified if there were any deductions to the deposit. Reached out after a month and Foxtons response was asking if a check out had been done (Foxtons organized it) and suspected it had never been sent to the landlord<br><br>Generally rude and unhelpful - would not recommend across the board.
