Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

He was professional, friendly, and really helpful throughout the viewing process, taking the time to answer our questions and making everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The staff, notably Geraldine and Laurie-Ann, are friendly, punctual and extremely well-organised. As renters, we felt very looked after (which is a rarity in London) and we would have stayed renting with Apparent if we still lived in the capital!

They offered advice but gave us space to make our own decisions. They were proactive in marketing and scheduling viewings and we have accepted an offer of the asking price.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

Sam was charming and accommodating with great communication whilst being relaxed and so efficient. So easy to work with and I felt very looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. All documentation and paperwork / online portals etc made the process completely painless. True customer service at its best. A big thank you from me.

Elle and Poppy were incredibly quick, proactive, and consistently chased up solicitors and all parties involved, which made a huge difference to the whole process. Communication was clear and timely, and they kept everything moving smoothly even when things could have slowed down. 17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
