When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
18th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I strongly advise anyone considering this estate agency to avoid them entirely. My family and I were left without hot water for four months due to the agency’s complete lack of communication and failure to respond to emails or address urgent maintenance issues. To make matters worse, after moving out of the property, my deposit was withheld for an additional four months without being properly protected or returned. The situation became so serious that we were forced to involve solicitors and are currently pursuing legal action in order to recover our deposit and seek compensation. The individual primarily responsible for the lack of communication throughout this ordeal was Muniza Adam, whose failure to respond or provide support caused significant stress and inconvenience to my family. If you value professionalism, lawful handling of deposits, and basic communication from your estate agent, I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. ZERO STARS

Passive aggressive and rude and also the adverts for 0 deposit aren’t true and they force you to take out a guarantor service even though you meet or exceed salary requirements for a place. Bola Needs a serious attitude check, he should be embarrassed about the way he’s running this business, extremely disappointed by management team

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend

From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a personal and caring approach.<br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaurav to anyone buying or selling a property. He exceeded our expectations in every respect, and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work, support, and dedication. An absolute credit to the profession. If we ever decide to move again, I really hope he is still available. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my house and work alongside with. They even gave me a lovely welcome gift, which felt extra thoughtful. Proactive, flexible, helpful and friendly. We happen to have the same last name, but no relation, I promise!

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!

13th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience. Ruby called us on Wednesday to arrange a viewing for Saturday morning at 10am. We received an email with 2 attachments of the tenancy fees and how to rent guide, however no confirmation of the viewing or the full address of the property. We then followed up twice in the next 2 days, however we received no response.<br>As we both work, we specifically arranged this viewing before work and adjusted our plans to make it happen. We were about to give up and send an email to cancel the viewing as we did not receive any communication from the agency, however at 7am in the morning of the appointment we finally received a text confirming the viewing. We then travelled for almost an hour to meet the agent.<br>At 9:45am, just 15 minutes before the scheduled viewing, my partner received a call informing us that the viewing had been cancelled. By that point we were already walking down the street where the property is located.<br>The lack of communication and the extremely late cancellation showed a complete lack of consideration for our time. Had Ruby responded to our emails or informed us earlier that the viewing could not go ahead, we could have avoided wasting our entire morning before work.<br>Based on this experience I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
