This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

Excellent communication, phone calls answered promptly and queries dealt with in a timely manner. There’s no doubt that it’s been a long , bumpy ride, but Joanne’s tenacity over this period has enabled us to successfully sell our home. Professional, polite , always courteous and friendly, she is undoubtedly an asset to the team at Aled Ellis. We are very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend. 2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)m our first contact with your office we were impressed with the professional, relaxed approach we received from Adam who attended the address to do the valuation. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We then had dealings with Beth. Again from the onset we were pleased with her calm professional attitude. As we progressed through the process we encountered a number of issues and delays. We struggled with obtaining information from our solicitors, and there were a couple of times where we considered taking the property off the market as the process was becoming too onerous. However Beth stepped up and essentially took control of things. She has a knack of calming situations and allaying our concerns. If she was asked to do something she did in a quiet efficient manner providing us with timely updates and reassurance that things would get there in the end. She was friendly and supportive but remained professional throughout our contact with her. I can honestly say that without her guidance and support we would, in all reality, have removed our property from sale preventing us from retiring to the coast.

When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.

He liaised with my solicitor and the buyer’s solicitor, keeping me informed throughout the entire process with regular updates, which gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciated his support. A huge thank you to Martin, Tamara and all the team for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. You turned what could have been an overwhelming process into a smooth and positive experience. Visit recommended- 5th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)We saw the agent exactly once when he came round to value the house. Otherwise the only contact we had was with the receptionist. Initially we were not told that the agents would not be doing the viewings and neither were any prospective buyers. The advertising copy was totally sub-standard so we, as advertising professionals, insisted on re-writing it. The agent wasn’t happy about it but he had no choice. Clearly does as little as possible for his money. Only plus point is that he knows the town and surrounds well.
