27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

9th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)I have recently contacted Gemma Acreman, Lettings Manager at Holland & Odam, to ask for advice - she is very pleasant, helpful and professional. Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

We met Harry and Tracyann at our property who guided us through evaluation and viewings, they were both exactly what we had hoped for, open and informative. From that point on I mostly spoke with Bridget. She is amazing. Always there to speak to and send messages to, a huge asset to the team. I really can’t thank Bridget enough for all she did for us and the way she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Not only was she so friendly she also made me feel genuinely supported throughout the sale of our property. She was happy to relay back and forth to multiple parts of our chain. Worth her weight in gold!

12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had an excellent experience with Cooper and Tanner, and in particular with Hayley Browning, who supported us throughout our home purchase. Going into the process, I always expected estate agents to primarily act in the seller’s interest, but that really wasn’t our experience with Hayley. She was fair, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping us move things forward, which made a huge difference. Compared to our previous attempts to buy a property—which dragged on for six months and only reached the enquiry stage—this experience couldn’t have been more different. Hayley was incredibly proactive, responsive, and focused from the outset. She understood our urgency and worked tirelessly to keep everything on track, coordinating effectively between all parties involved. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to complete the purchase in just over six weeks. It’s hard to overstate just how critical Hayley’s efforts were. Beyond her professionalism, she was also personable, approachable, and an absolute delight to work with throughout. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. And she expertly navigated working with the US Air Force housing office to ensure that I was able to move in without any issues. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy in this area.

18th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)After 17 months trying to sell with 3 different consecutive agents (traditional) I decided to take a chance with an innovative agent as you describe yourselves. I asked a lady who had just sold with you and she was encouraging. My agent arrived Tuesday, photographed Thursday, checked ok Sunday and advertised Monday. Immediately I had 2 viewings Friday before 10am. By 2.30 pm I had an offer which I accepted. All in 10 days.
