17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)My brother (who has a rental flat in SE3 managed by B&B) suggested that I spoke with Cameron Muncie regarding a rental increase matter. I found Cameron to be courteous, responsive, informed and generous with his time. I am still navigating the process and attempting to find 'middle ground' with the tenant, with some still unknown factors regarding the new legislation come 1 May 2026; with Cameron's ongoing advice, I feel that I am now in a stronger position than before. Highly recommended!

21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)We have been buying a property through Strutt & Parker and were privileged to be dealing with Victoria . Guided through the usual “ Purchase Pain” the assistance she gave liaising with the sellers was outstanding .
22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)We have just purchased a property through Wards West Kingsdown, from the first viewing through to completion the team were very professional but also very approachable and understanding. Jules , Ryan and Charlie in the office were excellent and Kim in sales progression was outstanding . Would highly recommend.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

Mark Waldron has provided us with excellent help and advice throughout, from our first meeting with him for valuation purposes, then during viewings and consideration of offers, and finally helping us to navigate through exchange and completion. Mark and his team have made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible and we highly recommend them.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.
23rd Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Dealing with Street Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. They increased the rent on my property without giving proper notice or any form of communication beforehand. I only found out after receiving a demand for a higher payment — no explanation, no warning, nothing. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Trying to get in touch with someone who will actually help you is near impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you do finally get through to someone, the staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It feels like they simply don’t care about tenants at all. To top it all off, I was served an eviction notice shortly after raising concerns, again with little to no communication or explanation. It seems they have no interest in treating tenants with fairness or respect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, steer clear of Street Estate Agents. They are untrustworthy, uncommunicative, and have zero regard for their tenants.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

15th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. Jane and Gary are absolute professionals and you get honest advice and consistent communication throughout the process. My property sold within days of being listed and I’ve been so impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x
11th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

He was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel pressured at all. He answered all my questions (even the basic ones!) and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and informative. As a first-time buyer, that made a big difference. Would definitely recommend if you’re new to the process and want someone approachable and helpful ??????
