They came recommended by a close friend, and have surpassed our expectations at every turn.<br><br>We initially worked with Priory to let our property. Deborah's attention to detail in keeping the property updated, well-maintained, and in top order gave us total peace of mind. The team consistently secured high-quality tenants and ensured the property was never left vacant.<br><br>When we decided to transition from letting to selling, the entire team, including Iwona, Jack, Katy, and Freya, were professional, helpful and always available. Navigating a house sale can be stressful, but they kept a level, reassuring head throughout the entire process, offering clear, expert advice and showing genuine care and consideration.<br><br>Whether you are a landlord looking for a team to manage your investment or a homeowner selling your property, I cannot recommend Priory highly enough. They consistently deliver, care deeply about their clients, and are a joy to work with!

5th Oct 2020 (6 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.
12th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. Having him as my sole point of contact from the initial valuation all the way through to exchange gave me complete peace of mind and made communication effortless.<br>Even in a tough market, he managed to find us a fantastic buyer. Martin was extremely proactive throughout, doing everything possible to keep the process moving smoothly. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him!
