She kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always quick to answer any questions and made what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us get everything over the line. Her communication was excellent and we always felt like we were in safe hands.<br><br>If you’re buying or selling a property, I couldn’t recommend Abbie highly enough. She is an absolute credit to Coopers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anyone to use her. Thank you again for all your help!

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.- 4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Coopers have been excellent in the process of sorting out my new property. They were exceptionally quick to respond and were really helpful when I was in a tight spot with the transfer period between tenancies. Thank you for all your help!

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Be careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout my experience.<br><br>After submitting an offer on a property, I repeatedly had to chase for updates. On several occasions I was told the negotiator was unavailable and that I should call back later. I wasn’t kept informed about whether my offer had been presented or what the seller’s response was, and I felt I had to do all the chasing rather than being updated proactively.<br><br>Most of the staff I spoke to were polite and professional. However, my experience with Winston was very disappointing. While I was trying to explain my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. I also felt that the call ended abruptly, as he put the phone down before I had finished explaining my point. That left me feeling frustrated and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.<br><br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and clear, respectful communication is essential. Even if there is no update from the seller, a simple phone call or email to keep buyers informed would make a significant difference.<br><br>I hope the branch takes this feedback on board and improves both its communication and customer service.- 19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)We had a wonderful experience dealing with Jo Ball, she did her very best to resolve our maintenance issues and we are grateful for her continuous support and help. Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
