She is polite, professional in her communications, and knowledgeable. She gave me full confidence that my property was looked after and meet all the regulatory requirements. She must be a great asset to the teams at Romans.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

Throughout the visit, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, extensive market knowledge, and a clear understanding of the local property market.<br>His advice was insightful and easy to understand, and the marketing strategy he presented was particularly impressive well thought out, detailed, and tailored to maximise the property's potential. The valuation and assessment exceeded my expectations and gave me complete confidence in his expertise.<br>I would not hesitate to use Scott again when I come to list my property and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and proactive estate agent in Hayes.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

My first point of contact was Kimberley who was incredibly helpful in registering my details and kept in regular contact to arrange viewings. She was proactive, professional, and made the initial stages of the process straightforward. Once we found a suitable property, Jemma took over and was absolutely brilliant. She ensured everything progressed smoothly from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout and making the whole process as stress free as possible<br><br>Both Kimberly and Jemma were professional, responsive and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. 26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased through Allday&Miller. Umar guided us through our sale from start to finish and was also on hand for us whenever we had any questions in reference to any potential purchases as well. He was very professional, patient, approachable and extremely helpful. Initially he sold our house but unfortunately our seller decided to pull their property off the market a week before exchange leaving us incredibly devastated. But credit to Umar he remained positive even when my wife and I had given up hope. He was in regular contact with us to make a plan of action and the first thing he recommended was that we continue the momentum and put our house back on the market while we continue looking for another place. Lo and behold Umar sold our house again literally within the first few viewings! We then found a place that we loved and this time we were lucky enough to get this property over the line. I truly believe that one of the main reasons for us completing was due to Umar's plan to keep the momentum going to obtain another solid offer on our house otherwise we could very well have missed out on our current property as well. He is a credit to Allday&Miller and we are so very grateful for not only his vast expertise as an estate agent but also for the kindness he showed us just when we were about to give up.
