They always got back to me and provided clear and straightforward advice. I always felt I was in safe hands. In the end, the house sale went through in 9 weeks.

Literally from the second I called to book my viewing, Jordan was soo incredibly helpful and patient and kind. Which has made all the difference in what can be a very stressful process. He also showed me the property which I fell in love with and ended up renting. And honestly from start to finish I couldn’t fault him. He has been so helpful and kept me updated on all the processes, explaining everything in detail and just generally making the experience a lot more streamlined! Thank you so much Jordan!

All of my viewings — around eight in total — were handled by Georgina Magnani, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, organised and professional.<br><br>Buying a property can be a very stressful experience, but Georgina was always friendly, approachable and reassuring. As a first-time buyer, I particularly appreciated how understanding she was and the extra guidance and reassurance she provided throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Georgina and Horton and Garton.

The few maintenance needs once we were moved in were handled very efficiently by the property management team. Harry is our contact and has been super - highly recommend using Paramount over the likes of Foxtons and Marsh.

1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Our experience with Gillespie Gibbs was outstanding, and that’s entirely thanks to Adam.<br><br>After going through two terrible experiences with other letting agencies, we had honestly lost hope. Then we met Adam, and the difference was night and day. From the very beginning, he genuinely cared about helping us rather than just processing another application.<br><br>He went above and beyond to chase the landlord, keep us updated, and make sure everything moved as quickly as possible so we could move into our new home on time. What impressed us even more was that he would reply to our messages and keep us informed even when he wasn’t working, simply because he knew how stressful the situation was for my family. That level of dedication made us feel supported and gave us real peace of mind during a very difficult time.<br><br>His communication was excellent, he was always professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>In today’s rental market, where many landlords do whatever they want and too many agencies seem to forget that tenants are people because of the high demand for housing, it’s incredibly refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares. 24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! Again, they showed a great teamwork and the dedication. Thank you!
12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Although we ended up taking a different property in the end in a different area of town, I was really impressed with the service from Strutt and Parker Notting Hill. Sam really went over and above for us, and was really patient while we were delayed with lots of viewings in one day. He was so professional and knowledgable, understanding and communicative, and didn’t pressure us in any way which you get with some agents. If we ever need to move again will definitely be looking up the agency again.
5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I had a traumatic experience with Aston Rowe. As a suggestion, just be cautious of any property being advertised by them.<br><br>Denis showed me the place and did answer questions honestly about the property. The property had so many issues, don’t even know where to begin. The property was on Lynton Road. There was a gas leak the day I moved in. And then had to move out immediately into an Airbnb, cost borne by me. This was despite the fact I was given gas certificate. The gas cooker was so old that it caused gas leak. Charlie, the head of letting, was so complacent in doing his job and didn’t take anything raised seriously.<br><br>The property wasn’t professionally cleaned. The flush wasn’t working properly for 2 months. The heating wasn’t working and I had to get it fixed. The toilet seat was broken. The whole WC had to be replaced. I left within 6 months.<br><br>And their property management is a joke.Alix was on leave for 1 month and there was no one to cover. I had no water situation twice and fuse shorting once and she replied after she came back from her leaves. There is no sense of urgency and care, just don’t want to work. The Owners were the worst. They took weeks to okay the smallest request, especially relating to toilet flush which is a matter of basic hygiene. They cheaped out on everything. All the furniture was broken which you would only know when you start using it. And when you asked to replace, they said just throw it in the garage.<br><br>To sum up, if you are looking to rent into that area, NEVER EVER consider ASTON ROWE.

Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free, especially compared with other agents who can sometimes make you feel pressured or try to sell you anything.<br><br>Adam was great at letting us view the properties at our own pace, answering all our questions, and making sure we never felt rushed or pressured.
