8th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

From my very first interaction, Nick Maund was professional, approachable and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. He made the entire renting process straightforward and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Throughout my tenancy, Nick was consistently helpful, courteous and efficient. Any issues I reported were dealt with promptly, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. His communication was excellent, and his calm, supportive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel much easier. Nick Maund is a real credit to Hackett Estate Agents. His professionalism, integrity and dedication to looking after tenants are exactly what you hope to find in an estate agent. I am sincerely grateful for all of his help and support and would not hesitate to recommend both Nick and Hackett Estate Agents to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive and professional agency. 16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout.
