17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)a problematic agency... You pay the deposit and then they make you call somewhere else to unlock the deposit. You call there, 3-4 times and when you get close to the end of the call they pretend to lose contact. and so on. Finally, when you manage to finish the conversation, they tell you that they will send you an email for confirmation, an email that no longer comes. The email comes, but from the agency where you rented the house, telling you that you have to call to confirm your identity. And you call DPS again and so on. Shitty agency!

The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.- 28th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did! Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. From start to finish, everyone in the office was professional, reactive and friendly. I'd like to make a special mention for Sam, who was amazing. She was proactive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The process took a lot longer than the average sale, due to the chain, and Sam was constantly on top of things. I would definitely recommend this agency without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team!

They were quick to come out and value, get it on the market and to get in touch with any questions, viewings, feedback etc. Communication never dropped off - like I’ve had in the past with other agents. I was in the loop the entire time and you could see they genuinely cared about the service that you recieved from them. I have recommended them to friends and family already and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!
