It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

They were both incredibly efficient, responsive and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and timely, which made everything straightforward and stress free. Any queries were handled quickly and thoroughly, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. It is rare to receive such professional yet personable service. Beth and Amy are a real credit to the team, and I would not hesitate to recommend theLettings in Knutsford to anyone looking for excellent support and a seamless experience.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. I was kept up to date regularly on the progress and the team contacted the solicitors in the chain as well as buyers and sellers , which was great and meant information was always accurate and timely . I would highly recommend using the services of Latham Estates if you expect great service and helpful people.

The marketing was very professional with good photographs and videos, we got lots of viewings which were all handled by James. Also when things stalled while enquiries were being answered by both ours and the buyers' solicitors, James and Louise were extremely diligent in helping to move the process along which really helped us to complete on time. Would highly recommend Lord and Porter.
