8th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

Roger and Chantelle were our main points of contact and both were excellent throughout the process. The negotiations were handled professionally and fairly, and we always felt that both sides were being treated with respect. Roger in particular struck the perfect balance between being approachable and highly professional, which made a real difference when it came to securing the deal. A special thank you has to go to Chantelle, who was outstanding in keeping everything moving. She kept us fully updated at every stage, maintained clear communication between all parties, and worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the process stayed on track. Her proactive approach helped make what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed, and the speed at which everything came together was a real credit to her efforts. Overall, the whole team at David Hill were a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, organised, and clearly committed to getting the best outcome for everyone involved. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell, and we are very grateful for the part they played in helping us secure our new home.

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. They communicated well and booked viewings that worked for ourselves and the prospective buyers. We had a sale subject to contract within a week of listing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pro active agent for their property sale.

10th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.

It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done! Joanne Boaler’s knowledge of all the properties she showed us was beyond comprehension, she really does go above and beyond. A massive thank you to Joanne and Danya who really helped our relocation to a new area as stress free as possible. They definitely took their time to get to know us as buyers and help us find the perfect location - highly recommend.
11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.
