Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.
22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.

As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to both landlords and tenants.

The property my friends and I were after was lovely- we had paid a holding deposit and despite the info being on their website saying that they can not legally keep it for more than 15 days ( it has been 19) when telling mark this he got extremely hostile. It seems mark gets a kick at verbally abusing young women over the phone.<br>The lack of communication between this company and us has been appalling and would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and apply to literally anywhere else.<br>If you do apply through them, expect no communication and aggression when explaining your rights
