It was a pretty difficult and complicated process, but Adam helped us through it all in such a lovely way. He always made us feel comfortable, and by the end of it, honestly, he felt more like a friend than our estate agent. We’re so grateful for everything he’s done for us and couldn’t recommend him & his team highly enough.

Mine took 2 years in the end, but that's not a reflection on David and his team, who are delightful and very kind. Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m currently mid sale with Fox and Sons, Lewes Road, having had zero viewing with a previous agent. The change was seamless and viewings were instant, initially led by Aaron who is amazing. An unexpected, sizeable hiccup happened last week Friday - and my buyer dropped out. Shayla was fantastic. She communicated immediately, took initiative and contacted previously interested parties. My property was ‘re-sold’ within 3 calendar days: by midday Monday. What could have been a significant loss, both in terms of time, energy and financially, has turned into a success. I cannot fault Shayla for her communication and support; I would recommend (and have!) her and the agents to anyone who asks. I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. Well done to all at the Lewes Branch but special thanks go to Fred for supporting us and providing the humour in such a stressful situation.

Andrew and his staff in both the Lettings department and Sales department are always very friendly and helpful. Lulu was outstanding throughout the sale, her communication was excellent and she did a brilliant job of keeping things moving. I would highly recommend PSP Homes.

He was friendly and understanding about what I wanted in my first home.<br><br>He answered all my questions on our initial meeting and throughout the process.<br><br>As I was a first time buyer, I was not sure on the processes of getting a mortgage advisor, solicitors and surveyors.<br><br>Tailor James recommended us a mortgage advisor, solicitors and Surveyors, and guided us again throughout these processes.<br><br>If you want personal and bespoke service when buying your home. I could not recommend Jimmy and Tailor James more.<br><br>His attentive nature and passion, made buying my first home less stressful.
