Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Adam was so very kind to my frail, old Dad who was giving up living independently after losing his wife, and was also unwaveringly supportive of me despite my lack of understanding about the way real estate sales work in the UK.<br>Adam did what he promised and helped me sell my elderly father’s large flat in Hove promptly, with as little stress as possible, for the price we had hoped for. And he accomplished this for me transatlantically as I live in Canada. His recommended solicitor, Helen Rowe of DMH Stallard, was equally excellent. I would recommend this team to anyone! I am beyond grateful for their assistance at this most challenging time.

I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. 19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)G whizz.<br>Well, I will try to be concise because it would be very easy to write heaps about how amazingly communicative, informative and supportive Georgia was through this process.<br>When someone is generally just an awesome person, coupled with being fab at the job, what could be stressful process ends up being super chilled and that was our experience. I can not speak or recommend Georgia and guys at n24 highly enough. Absolutely awesome start to finish. Thank you guys. Never change.
