We would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Elephant team for managing the sale of our home so seamlessly and have since recommended them to numerous friends and colleagues. When we met Matthew, we instantly warmed to his professional and down-to-earth approach and the fact that he really appreciated the care and attention we had put into our home. This was reflected in the high quality brochure (brilliant photos and thoughtful description) that he produced and the way that the team conducted viewings. The result was a best and final offers process, achieving significantly over the asking price, from a buyer, in an excellent position. The team were absolutely fantastic in managing the process thereafter to exchange and completion. Every single member of the team was friendly and approachable and always fully briefed on the situation. They were also calm and reassuring when we hit a few bumps in the road. Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more
