I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.

Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

Loraine's experience helped to progress my purchase through incredibly quickly, and she is not only fast to respond to emails and queries, but is also absolutely delightful to deal with. From the very beginning, there was a real sense of urgency due to my situation, and there were quite a few obstacles along the way. Despite this, Eren and Alex were incredibly supportive, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, chased things up when needed, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. What really stood out was their determination to pull through despite the challenges. They didn’t give up when things became complicated, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Your Move — especially Eren and Alex — to anyone looking to rent a property.

2nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I rented a flat through Comber and Co at 13 Halley Gardens, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.
3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Had a valuation appointment for my late father’s property cancelled at the last minute, with the agent telling me she had ‘the lurgy’ as though it was a hilarious joke, when I had travelled 2 hours and taken time off work. I explained that I wouldn’t be rearranging the appointment due to the circumstances, and asked for my details to be removed from their system. I then received an extremely self-important reply (in breach of GDPR law, at this point) telling me why they were in the right and I was in the wrong, and failing to express any compassion whatsoever for my recent bereavement. I can honestly (and thankfully) say I have never had an experience with an estate agent quite like this one.
24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. Big shout-out to Tom Hughes and Tom Algar for being especially supportive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend. Monique

The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.

After having a few bad experiences with other estate agents and the offer process, Ismail was a breath of fresh air. He made everything feel calm, reassuring, and far less stressful than we expected. Although there were some delays to completion, Ismail never once failed to communicate clearly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. His service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. 20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
