Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

17th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Our valuation was significantly below the fair market value of a dilapidated, hazardous block of garages with associated overages. Having personally inspected these comparable garages, I believe the valuation reflects a concerning lack of due diligence.. I recognize that each of the sites holds its own merit, such as the scale of quantum, however, the research evidence presented did not corroborate this. My only minor reservation is that one garage within my block was sold. However, I believe the assessment regarding the condition of comparable properties and the potential hazards of their asbestos roofing was inadequate. So unfortunately based on my experience I would not recommend a valuation from kempton carr croft.

4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)I had to sell a commercial property, following a bereavement. I have never used an auction before. R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
