11th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)A few days ago, I visited a rental property and had a friendly conversation with Louise Pasker, the Lettings & Valuations Manager. We explored the house and talked about various topics. She promised to send my partner and I the necessary form, but she never did. My partner and I spoke more about the property the following day to weigh the pros and cons of the property. We were hesitant to commit to a home without thorough consideration. After really thinking it through and not just taking the property to have a home. Not one we didn’t find suited. It is unfortunate that Louise Pasker failed to provide the requested paperwork (if we were interested which last she heard we possibly interested) and did not respond to my partner’s email the day after. It is possible that she is experiencing annoyance, illness, or is part-time. In the event of illness, emails should be passed over to another colleague. If she is part-time, emails should also be passed over too. Regardless of her circumstances, it is unprofessional to: 1. Not reply to an email (in the email my partner also asked if they’re any other properties they have) 2. To not even send the forms she said she’d do Also, my partner sent another email today. Asking if Louise had seen the last email. Had no reply. It is very unprofessional to ignore someone’s emails that is asking questions.

Julie was professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed at every stage of the process. She went above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly, including chasing up matters with the seller to ensure a smooth completion. I particularly appreciated her clear communication and guidance, which made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwood Wokingham to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

11th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)The sale of the property was delayed by the buyers solicitors. Harry went out of his way to ensure that the property sale went as smoothly as possible and was very professional and patient during our discussions. Harry followed up once the property was sold. Great service.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

24th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID: A Nightmare Letting Experience Focused on Scams This agency is, without question, the worst I have ever dealt with and should be avoided by any tenant who values their rights and their deposit. For two years, we tolerated poor service, including numerous unresolved maintenance issues. The real problems began when they attempted a massive rent hike, only to backtrack when we chose to leave—a clear failed attempt to squeeze extra money from long-term tenants. During our exit, they demonstrated a complete disregard for us, pushing for aggressive, last-minute viewings, including on weekends. When we left the property four days early to accommodate their viewing schedule, they repaid our good faith by charging us for those four days and offering zero thanks. The true nightmare, however, was the deposit return process, which took a full, miserable month. They relentlessly and fraudulently tried to find excuses to retain funds. They completely ignored the official check-out report stating the property suffered only fair wear and tear. They repeatedly changed their story on which room was damaged and, most outrageously, tried to charge us for a full repaint that they had already promised prospective new tenants would be covered by the landlord. This appalling conduct resulted in an unjust deduction of £300. Be warned: this agency will always prioritize the landlord, and they will absolutely attempt to scam you out of your deposit with false claims and continuous deceit. Save yourself the stress and find another company.

Her commitment, and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel far more manageable. I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
