Hamptons go above and beyond, they have exceeded my expectations each year we continue our working relationship. I would without hesitation most definitely recommend Hamptons to all my friends and family.

11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I sold my home in October 2025 and purchased my new home in Jan 2026 and from start to finish Julie and Robbie were exceptional going above and beyond to do the best for me. I highly recommend using them, and if you I need to move again in the future they will be my first port of call. Thanks guys x
26th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.
22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with the rental agency. I was a tenant with them for five years, during which they conducted quarterly inspections. On each visit, no significant issues were ever raised, and I was never informed of any major concerns regarding the condition of the property.<br><br>However, at the end of my tenancy, they suddenly presented an excessive number of alleged issues and proceeded to deduct over £1,600 from my deposit — ultimately returning nothing at all. This was both shocking and deeply frustrating, particularly given the lack of prior complaints throughout my tenancy. The situation feels unfair and unjustified, especially after maintaining a long-term and seemingly trouble-free rental history with them.- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of selling your home. We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and a purchase with their help. The whole team were very professional throughout. We mainly dealt with Davina and Jon. Davina for the purchase of our new home. Davina was very patient and not at all pushy. She really understood our needs which really helped. Jon was more involved with the negotiation, both selling and buying. We really appreciated Jon's patience and calm approach. When the solicitor process started to drag on, Jon stepped in and took control, negotiating with all parties to reach a successful conclusion. I really don't think that we would have exchanged contracts without Jon's help. All very much appreciated. Thank you.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Initially, Belvoir were fine to deal with, and for a long time our tenancy was managed adequately. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once Sheila became involved, and the experience deteriorated rapidly from that point onward. Despite us living in the property for over three years, they forgot that we were moving out, blaming internal handover issues that were entirely Belvoir’s responsibility, not ours. This caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult move. When we tried to resolve this, Sheila was rude, hostile, and unprofessional on the phone. Following our exit, it became clear that Belvoir were missing large amounts of essential tenancy data, including records of maintenance, inspections, and issues we had raised throughout our tenancy. Because these records no longer existed, legitimate issues were then questioned during the deposit process, purely due to their own poor record keeping. This raised serious concerns that our personal data had also been mishandled or lost, likely due to inadequate handovers between the multiple agents we were passed between over the years. As a result, I submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR) to confirm what personal data Belvoir held about us. Alarmingly, they did not understand what a Subject Access Request was or why it was required, which highlights a concerning lack of knowledge around basic data protection obligations. When the SAR was eventually provided, it was incomplete and confirmed that Belvoir have lost significant personal data, including copies of our passport, despite confirming that such documents should be retained for 7 years. We were also informed that all inboxes of previous agents had been deleted, which explains the absence of tenancy records. Since then, my emails have been ignored, and I am still trying to obtain confirmation of when this data was deleted and under what lawful basis, as this does not appear to be GDPR compliant. I strongly recommend that anyone who has rented with Belvoir for a significant period submits a Subject Access Request to ensure they have accurate tenancy records and that their personal data has not been lost or improperly deleted. Belvoir’s service quality has clearly declined, and the handling of our tenancy and personal data has been unacceptable.- 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Fantastic service, advice and help from Gary Ayling throughout the whole process of the sale of my property. We have been renting for 18 years and I have never met a more down to earth,warming estate agent! Thank you so much Charlotte. 28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)What an amazing level of service from Mackenzie Smith in Yateley & all the team there in! Having not moved for 38 years they certainly gave us confidence during the whole process. From our initial meeting with Dan who valued the house and showed such enthusiasm for it & also kept in constant contact with us, we knew we had chosen correctly. When Dan went on Paternity we then dealt with both Brian & Nick if we had any questions and they replied almost immediately. Everything was straightforward until the last few weeks when we had a few hiccups approaching exchange but they sorted everything out, kept in constant contact and finally ‘got us over the line’! We move next week and are so excited! We want to say a huge thankyou for all of their help, making this move a pleasure! We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend them enough!

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We bought a house from Alex at Nicholsons a few years ago and had a great experience so when it came time to sell we knew we wanted to work with him again. Alex and the Nicholsons Fleet team were incredible throughout a very long and drawn out process (due to the chain above). They got our house sold within two days of getting it on the market and when the buyers pulled out six months later due to delays at the top of the chain they found us new buyers, again within a couple of days. Communication was great and Alex kept us updated at every single stage. I highly recommend Nicholsons!
24th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)First class experience with Darren at Billingham Martin not only doing a great job helping me with the purchase but also went well out of his way to provide excellent service for both me and the buyer through to the end of the full process including mediating between solicitors to keep things moving and with solid after care post completion. Not your average high street estate agent and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell who wants an honest, professional and reliable estate agent.

Kept us informed during all the stages of the move, keeping it swiftly moving forward which meant the sale went through very quickly. We would definitely recommend using Frank if you are moving home.
