From the sensible sales valuation by Emma (priced accurately to sell in a tough market) through to the timely completion managed by Sonja, they were professional, polite, efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve bought/sold 7 houses and this was the easiest process of all those transactions.

We had communication with James & Jane, so friendly & polite & whatever we asked was no trouble to them, they were so informative & professional. However, we couldn't have asked for better support than what we received from Zerda at Abbotts. Throughout all the inevitable twists, turns, and hurdles of the chain, she was a constant source of help and guidance. She kept communication open, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and supported us every step of the way to get us across the finish line. Would strongly recommend!

1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I’m not going to tell you Kyra is the best letting agent in the world… buuuuuuttttt she did help my wife and me find and move into our dream home in the UK less than a week after moving here from abroad.<br>We started working with Kyra a few weeks before arriving in the UK, and she handled everything—from showing us the house virtually and working with the landlord to fighting against the all-mighty bureaucracy of the U.S. government abroad.<br>She even learned a few words of Brazilian Portuguese to help my wife feel more welcome when we first met and gave her plenty of suggestions for nails, salons, and everything else she needed to start feeling right at home in Ely.<br>I’m not really sure what else someone could do to be deserving of the title of world’s best letting agent... but you can decide for yourself when Kyra helps you find your dream home too.

I was impressed that the agent who valued the property did most of the viewings, meaning he was able to talk really convincingly about the property. We sold slightly under the guide price (during a difficult time in the market) but still at a higher price than what other agents had valued the flat at.

He has been extremely professional, approachable and helpful throughout, with excellent communication at every stage. He always takes the time to explain things clearly, responds promptly and keeps you updated, which makes the whole process feel much easier and more straightforward.<br><br>Dominic is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate his help and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

The behaviour of the letting agents was extremely unprofessional, including giggling while I was on the phone trying to resolve a serious issue.<br><br>I was informed by Georgia that I would be able to move in earlier, so I made moving arrangements based on this, only for those arrangements to be cancelled at the last minute. This resulted in significant stress and additional costs.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told that emails had been sent with updates, but they had not been sent, and the landlord subsequently stated that he was not aware of the situation.<br><br>Overall, there was very poor communication, a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide reliable information. I would not recommend Tucker Gardener based on my experience.
