Unfortunately I have been dealing with my Father’s health issues at the same time a tenant has left my property in an unkempt state and behind by 2 months rent payments. Ross, Drew and Chloe have been brilliant in assisting me during this difficult time. You never know what life will throw at you and as a landlord it’s been great having people you can rely on and help take some of the pressure off you. Thank you.

20th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Excellent Service and Outstanding Support Throughout My Tenancy..<br>I had a very positive experience with William H Brown, Knight Partnership, and in particular with Emma, who was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout my tenancy.<br>Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Emma was always approachable and took the time to explain things clearly. The entire process, including the end-of-tenancy checkout and deposit release, was handled very professionally and smoothly.<br>I was especially impressed with how quickly Emma followed up on the final inspection and deposit, and how she went the extra mile to ensure everything was processed promptly.<br>I would highly recommend Knight Partnership and Emma to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive letting agency. I especially have to single out Alexander Hutton who worked incredibly hard to secure me an interest only mortgage. This was no mean feat as I am almost 64 years old and really didn't hold out much hope of a successful outcome. Alex was awesome. Kind, friendly and understanding of my situation. I am genuinely so grateful. The whole team were so good and I used their recommended solicitor who was also fabulous.<br>From first viewing of the property to completion, took 7 weeks exactly. I do not think anyone could ask for more!<br>Heartfelt thanks Connells ??????

Chris, Stuart and the team were amazing - always returned calls and did what they said they would do. Excellent marketing pack and photos were the best. They sold our home on the 2nd viewing and the whole process was stress free. It is such a great benefit that they have a local office where you can pop in and have a chat if you have any queries - thoroughly recommend Pennells to help with your next move !

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Mislead information. Was advised that if an offer for a house was accepted, the property would be taken off the market ‘subject to contract’.<br>This wasn’t the case. Even though we got as far as having the proceeds with the underwriters and paying fees, the property was still available for the public to ‘outbid’<br>Just became a waste of time.- 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Good regular updates throughout the sale with the friendly team.
