The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me. Thank you both for your professionalism, dedication, and support. I truly appreciate everything you did. ??
3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I used Joe on a recent remortgage and it's safe to say it wasn't a simple one for him to sort out due to the complexity involved. After speaking with numerous lenders with no luck, he was finally able to get the ball rolling with one in the end after being able to explain the situation to them directly. Can't fault his service or effort!

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We sold and purchased houses in St. Ives with Wellington Wise and have been amazed at the quality of service. We had true end-to-end support from Sarah and Charley in particular - from early valuation discussions and buying advice, through to completion of the chain. Communication was always top notch, very prompt and usually by phone with a lengthy supporting e-mail trail.<br><br>You hear a lot about the stress of buying/selling houses and while this is somewhat true, in our case the agent only made things easier and relaxed. This was especially helpful to us as it took us a while to find our next house after selling. I would absolutely use Wellington Wise's services again.- 5th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley
15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.

16th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

As first time buyers my wife and I really appreciate the way that Amaan was always available to help us through the entire process, I would recommend other first time buyers use his services as there are so many unknowns when it comes to purchasing your first property and we felt we had someone help guide us the whole way.
26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a very disappointing experience renting through this agency.<br><br>Before moving in, we were told that the apartment was ready for occupation and that many other residents had already moved into the building. However, after moving in, it became clear that we were actually one of the first residents, and many essential facilities were simply not ready.<br><br>Some of the issues we encountered included:<br><br>* No key fob was provided for building access or the car park.<br>* We were promised six months of free parking, yet the parking facilities were inaccessible.<br>* The apartment had not been professionally cleaned before we moved in. There was heavy dust throughout the property, including inside cupboards and on top of cabinets, and there were unfinished areas such as gaps in the kitchen skirting boards.<br>* There were no waste bins available we don’t know where rubbish should be disposed of.<br>* The mailboxes had not been labeled<br>* Delivery companies such as Amazon and DPD could not find the building because there was no visible building signage or clear address identification.<br>* We were unable to arrange broadband despite being told Openreach infrastructure had been installed. Every provider we contacted advised that broadband services were unavailable at this address, making it extremely difficult for those working from home.<br><br>What disappointed us the most was the lack of transparency throughout the process. Based on what we were told before signing the tenancy, we reasonably expected to move into a fully operational building. Instead, we found ourselves living on what felt like an unfinished development with many basic facilities unavailable.<br><br>To make matters worse, it has now been over ten days since we first reported these issues, and neither the letting agent nor LSH have provided any meaningful response or update.<br><br>Today, I called LSH for an update and was told that they have other matters to prioritise, and that our issues would be dealt with “in the future.” This is simply not an acceptable response when tenants are unable to access basic facilities that were promised before moving in.<br><br>We felt misled throughout the letting process. Naomi assured us that the building was ready and already occupied by many residents. Our experience after moving in was completely different. We believe prospective tenants deserve honest and accurate information before making such an important commitment.- 4th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)Chloe at Sharman Quinney has been absolutely amazing as our mortgage adviser. - 2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I don't usually leave reviews, but having worked in estate agency myself and bought and sold several properties over the years, I feel I'm in a position to provide an informed and balanced perspective.<br><br>I chose Sharman Quinney on a fee of around 1% plus VAT, and unfortunately the level of service I received didn't justify that cost.<br><br>From the outset there were communication issues. I repeatedly tried calling the branch but couldn't get through. When I visited the office, I mentioned this and was told the phones were working. I then called the branch while standing there and none of the phones rang, clearly showing there was a problem. I was told it would be looked into, but I never received any follow-up.<br><br>When valuing my property, I was told there was already a list of potential applicants who may be interested. However, as far as I could tell, those applicants were never contacted. Instead, the marketing appeared to rely almost entirely on Rightmove and Zoopla rather than proactive matching from an applicant database.<br><br>Communication throughout the sale was disappointing. It was often difficult to get calls returned despite leaving voicemails and emails. Viewing feedback was another frustration. Rather than being contacted promptly after viewings, I regularly had to chase for feedback myself, sometimes waiting several days without hearing anything.<br><br>I was also disappointed with the handling of negotiations. We accepted an offer, only to discover around two weeks later that the buyers were still actively viewing other properties. The negotiator was aware of this but didn't make us aware before we accepted the offer. Had we known, it would have influenced our decision-making.<br><br>The communication with buyers also appeared lacking. When the buyers requested a second viewing, we declined because we no longer wished to proceed with them. Despite this, the buyers still arrived at our property at the agreed time, suggesting our decision had not been passed on.<br><br>Once the property was on the market, there was very little proactive contact from the branch unless I initiated it. As a client, I expected more regular updates, even if there had been nothing significant to report.<br><br>My final concern relates to security. After taking the property off the market, we collected our keys from the branch. We were not asked for any identification, proof of address, or even our names before being handed the keys. Given that these keys provide access to someone's home, I found this extremely concerning and below the standard I would expect from any estate agency.<br><br>I appreciate that buying and selling property is a complex process and that not every sale runs smoothly. However, my concerns relate primarily to communication, proactivity and basic procedures rather than the outcome itself. Based on my experience, I wouldn't use this branch again and hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the service for future clients.
