A very special thank you goes to Karolina, who truly went above and beyond for us. Her dedication, patience, and constant support made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful time. No matter how many questions we had, she was always there to provide guidance, reassurance, and prompt responses.<br>We are so grateful for all the help and support we received and cannot thank Karolina and the team enough. 15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We withdrew from a purchase through Cheffins after what became an increasingly pressured and unprofessional experience.<br><br>Throughout the transaction we felt repeatedly pushed for mortgage and solicitor updates beyond what was reasonable, including requests to contact our mortgage advisor directly. At the same time, important due diligence issues we raised — including arranging further builder access and investigating legal concerns relating to access land — were either delayed or met with pressure to proceed within arbitrary deadlines.<br><br>The final straw was being given a 24-hour ultimatum alongside an exchange deadline before outstanding legal concerns had been properly resolved. Our solicitor had identified issues requiring further investigation, yet we were still being pushed aggressively toward exchange.<br><br>Buying a property is stressful enough without feeling pressured or spoken down to. We were proceedable, financially strong buyers acting in good faith, but ultimately decided to withdraw and pursue another property where the process would be handled more professionally and collaboratively.<br><br>Would not recommend this agent and would never use again.- 10th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)They were friendly, professional and responded quickly to my enquiries. They had someone in mind when I instructed them and in fact a sale was agreed before it even went on to the market! Their sales progressor was then invaluable in making sure the process made it through to completion.

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Avoid at all costs — Complete Trap!<br>Don't trust them and don't get trapped. They are incredibly nice and welcoming right up until you make your deposit and move in. However, the moment you inform them that you are moving out, they show their real face. Total scammers! Save your money and your sanity—look elsewhere.

I genuinely felt supported and never left “hung out to dry” after my offer was accepted. Her consistent communication was exactly what I needed — always professional, always timely, and she kept me fully informed rather than wondering when or how confirmation from the seller would come through.<br><br>Unfortunately, the offer didn’t result in a completed sale, but the hard work, dedication, and transparency Kayleigh showed throughout the process were greatly appreciated. She made a challenging situation far easier to manage, and I’m genuinely grateful for the effort she put in to keep me updated under tough circumstances.

8th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Worse experience with them, was looking to rent a house through them.. they wanted a holding deposit to check my credit scores, if I fail the credit score then I don’t get my money back.. surely that’s not right? Anyway, spoke to their manager and she agreed on doing the credit check without a holding deposit of £250, baring in kind that’s a lot of money, I’m glad my credit check failed otherwise I wouldn’t of got that money back. Ever, please be aware of this scam, they just want £250 and will deliberately fail a credit check or say you can’t afford the rent so they keep the money for themselves. my conversation with Ellie from Belvoir Bourges Boulevard I have checked the law too.. it’s against the law to take a non refundable deposit to do a credit check.

30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Cheriee was lovely to deal with throughout the inspection process. Super accommodating with appointment times and very understanding when it came to scheduling around us. On arrival she was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what she was going to do before getting started which put me at ease straight away. She clearly cares about doing a good job and made the whole process feel easy. It was lovely to speak with her too and share knowledge, we had a lovely conversation and was very kind!<br>We were also very happy with the welcome we received when we moved in. Honestly a world of difference compared to our previous estate agents in terms of professionalism, competence and kindness. We would definitely recommend Cheriee and Lovett Sales and Lettings!

Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

Every time we hit a roadblock (which were many from my solicitors side) katie did all she could chasing up and keeping me informed. She went over and beyond to help in her caring manner. After a very stressful few months we completed yesterday. I would recommend connells in Peterborough and if you have the pleasure working along Katie she will honestly do more than her given job requires. Thank you Katie. We finally got there.
