29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I had a truly wonderful experience with William H Brown and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a new home.<br>They helped me find a house very quickly and were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their assistance with all the paperwork, emails, keys, and other important details. As I am not very familiar with using websites and online systems, I sometimes found the process a little difficult to manage on my own. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and guided me through everything step by step. She was always patient, kind, professional, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do.<br>Sara was also very helpful and supportive with my case, although Paige was the person who guided me throughout most of the process. Both ladies were extremely professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I needed assistance.<br>I am very grateful for all their help and support. The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism and kindness.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend William H Brown. Everything about my experience was a big positive, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much, especially to Paige and Sara, for all your help!

14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very disappointing and expensive experience dealing with Leaders Cambridge. Poor communication, repeated delays, and a total lack of accountability caused significant stress and unexpected costs.<br><br>Firstly, no one showed up to my initial viewing, and during the application process I felt pressured to take out insurance covering the landlord’s possessions before even seeing a tenancy agreement, let alone signing one. I also felt they were attempting to pressure me into using their 'no-deposit scheme', as it was strongly implied that my application would be viewed less favourably than others if I opted to pay a traditional deposit.<br><br>Most seriously, my move-in date changed multiple times at short notice (once was at 4:30pm on the day I was due to move in). This was because Leaders had failed to do the appropriate safety checks prior to listing the property, which resulted in an discrepancy with the EICR certificate holding everything up. Despite assurances that this would be fixed promptly, further delays and absolutely no updates followed after an entire week. During this time, I incurred unexpected hotel, moving, and transport costs because these delays left me with no where to live.<br><br>Still with no tenancy agreement to be seen 3 weeks after paying my deposit, I was eventually left with no choice but to withdraw my application and requested the return of my £173.07 holding deposit as the statutory time frame had long since passed. At the time of writing, my decision still has not even been acknowledged after yet another week and instead I have received further pushy emails proposing new move-in dates (unsurprisingly delayed even further by the landlord deciding to paint the property).<br><br>The handling of this situation fell well below expectations and, as such, I would not recommend the use of Leaders Cambridge.

From the outset, Meg really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, rather than simply showing us properties that broadly matched our criteria. Her knowledge of the property market and genuinely personalised approach really set her apart and she just understood what we wanted.<br><br>We were also navigating a chain sale, and Meg’s advice throughout that process was invaluable. She was knowledgeable, proactive and reassuring, providing clear, practical guidance that made what could have been a stressful experience considerably easier.<br><br>What particularly impressed us was how invested Meg was in helping us find the right property. They have provided a fantastic service, from marketing our property, showing potential buyers around, and being available to answer any questions on the way. They very much work as a team, which means there is always someone to answer queries or pass it to the person dealing with it. All personnel are friendly and courteous, and take time to fully explain any queries. I can wholeheartedly recommend Thomas Morris as an excellent company to engage when selling your home.

If he didn't have the answers, he would find out and get back to me promptly.<br>I didn't feel like I was 'just another tenant' at any stage, throughout my questions or concerns were addressed.<br>Since moving, Simon has checked to ensure that I am settled which I thought was a lovely touch.<br>I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell.
